They have refurbished the rooms to a high standard and great location right in the great park/virgina water
Unfortunately no aircon and it’s been extremely hot here in the uk for 3 months now and couldn’t open the windows. They did provide a desk fan

Good value breakfasts, spacious bed & ensuite.
Arrived during heat wave on the hottest day of the year 38.1○C. Room excessively hot only 1 small desk fan and belive it or not, no mini fridge. After a 30 hour flight and very dehydrator this was a deal breaker. This was an issue as medication required refridgeration.

Although a fan was provided, the room was still incredibly hot and I couldn't get the window to open.
