Lovely property friendly staff and really comfortable beds
Price was abit steep, also can hear alot of outside noise from the corridors all through the night with there being a busy wedding on it was very noisy

Beautiful location and services, the gym is brilliant and so was the room and breakfast.
The sauna and cold room could do with a clean, it smelt like BO and wasn’t ideal.

The choice of facilities, the ease of booking a spa treatment and for dinner. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. It was lovely.

The restaurant in the evening was very nice. The fire doors were banging open through out and causing a cold draft. The food was good and staff were diligent.
The room…. Well. Quality is subjective. On arrival the room was not acceptable to be honest. There were many issues and it was more of a lower budget quality than what I expected. The fridge didn’t work, the garden view is in my opinion false advertising as it’s a very small price of grass land with a fence you can see over that rattle all night in the wind. The view was of the skips. The bathroom bin was smashed in, the shampoo was a bottle with shampoo wrote on it, the bed was on wheels so moved everyone you were on it. The bathroom towel rail was broken and hanging off, the tissue boxes were empty and I could go on. Just not at all on it. To many things wrong and became a regret very quickly. The pool was a bit chilli also, it what i usually expect from a SPA. In my opinion. Was probably great in its hay day but needs a lot of attention and not worth the money.
