Would stay again.

Even though by motorway you couldn't really hear the traffic. Basic room comfortable and clean enough. Hot drinks station. Tv.

Slight wear and tear to bathroom ceiling and under sink needed good clean. Carpets could do with a wash.

Pleasant stay, pleasant staff

The Exeter Court was very clean and tidy with friendly and attentive staff. The room was in an annex next to the main building and was also clean and tidy with all the expected facilities in the room. Food in the restaurant was very tasty and good value, the breakfast was made to order and it was your standard breakfast options.

It was not a major issue but the walk to your room in the rain is worth considering.

Really like how nice and clean everywhere was. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and cozy and the bath was the best part, the flow of the water was on spot.

The one and only thing I can really moan about was that we didn't enjoy the breakfast as much as we'd hoped. Also a proper mug of tea would go down so much better.

The disabled parking spaces were being used by inconsiderate van drivers when a customer arrives they should be prompted that a Blue Badge must be displayed in disability parking spaces or you will be made to move your vehicle by management

The hotel was perfect for my stay and I would highly recommended.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, they had everything I needed when I stayed. The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was fabulous. The location was great as I stayed for work during the summer.

Lovely place with food to die for

One night stopover to see son in exeter and christmas market, perfect for what we needed, only critisism was the bed, mattress was sprung mattress and made you feel like you were rolling off bed if you got too near the edge but for one night was worth putting up with it, must add the bar and resturant were excellent, and breakfast hot, tasty and filling, would do another night if needed

Another great stay

We love staying here. On outskirts of Exeter but close enough to go into city centre. Room was warm on a cold day (we used the fan supplied) Lovely and clean Usually have breakfast here which is included and big but were too comfy to get out of lovely bed. Parking plentiful.

I generally use this as a one night stop off dye to work. Convenient, reasonably comfortable and see generally fine. Breakfast is a nice choice and meets my needs for a nights stay.

Decorating needs looking at especially bathroom finishing, but tired looking now.

Good place to stay for a stopover or to explore Exeter or Dartmoor. I have stayed here several times before. Meals in the restaurant are great value for money and always well prepared.

The hotel was at best disappointing, and I would not recommend it.

Not very much.

Isolated location, more like a Motel rather than a hotel.Staff were unfriendly and not very welcoming.The room was noisy from the close proximity to the main busy road. The bed was tiny and most uncomfortable.
