Full kitchen with all the essential cookware. Close to everything Brandon has to offer. 15 minutes to downtown Tampa. Close to I-75 & I-4. 1 hour from Disney & multiple beaches. 5 minutes from the Mall & movie theater. Walking distance to Brandon Hospital and local library.

Includes pool, fitness center, tennis and racket ball. Centrally located in the heart of Brandon, Within minutes, you can be at Brandon Hospital, the Library, the Mall, AMC Movie Theater, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Top Golf, Bloomingdale Golf Course, Post Office, Bowling Alley, Roller Skating and much much more. The condo was very nice and quiet. I only had 2 complaints. There were ants in the bathroom and the pool wasn’t cleaned until 5pm on Friday and we left Saturday morning.

We have stayed here in the past and loved it. The unit is spotlessly clean and the complex is very quiet. This is a perfect rental and we plan to stay here in the future.

This is an older property. it is in a complex so although there is no smoking in this property, others in the complex can be incurred in this unit.
The Unit was very clean and the Washer Dryer were very nice and convenient.
The Exercise room that we based part of the reason we chose this property was old and the 2 treadmills were either broke or tread slipped so much that it was dangerous to use. The Pickleball/Tennis court was our a good benefit.
Location for this property is really conveniently located.
Dont stay without going to Moreno's Bakery.
