Cold, in more ways than one

Location. Very close to A1 which suited us as it was a stop over on a longer journey

Room cold and didnt really heat up after adjusting heating. Breakfast choice quite poor, and food not very warm. Raised an issue with Reception who ignored me (said he'd be right over - still waiting)

Left refreshed, tummy full ready for long Journey home.

There was a friendly happy face on checking in, the room was clean and tidy, had a nice shower and a delicious breakfast which is the main reason I stayed here, set me up for a 5 hour Journey home. Hope too return soon.

As always on my regular trips to Doncaster, my first choice is here. Everything is as you expect. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities and a good breakfast in the morning. What more can you ask for.

I have never been disappointed or in need for anything that isn’t catered for during my stay here.

Everything is fine but it will be better if they gave us a he room with double bed inside . I was check in late too at 1.30 am so don’t want to move the bed around incase the labour wake up .other than that everything is ok for the price .thanks

The hotel was extremely clean and welcoming. Very environmentally friendly and guests encouraged to not have service but could exchange towels whenever they were required . You could put yr rubbish outside the door and it would be collected straight away . Excellent to know we helping to save the planet and drive down costs at the same time

Great last minute stay

Booked very last minute after train taking us back to Scotland was cancelled sudddenly., friendly staff , good price and nice clean n comfortable room . The bus stop at park and ride is a three minute walk from hotel and got us back to train station to continue our journey

The hotel was lovely and modern. Very clean and has everythinf you need for a comfortable stay.

The sofa beds are really uncomfortable. You can feel every metal bar under the mattress. The double beds were very comfortable but could spend another night on the sofa bed.

"Great overnight stay at Holiday Inn Express."

Staff friendly. Welcomed my dog. All on ground floor. Beds very comfortable. Perfect for overnight stay on the way to Whitby. Cooked breakfast included in the morning

Everything was great. Initially we went to the "Holiday Inn." We didn't realise that the "Holiday Inn Express" was a different place! Our mistake! Luckily the "Holiday Inn Express" wasn't too far away.
