Discover a holiday home in Gran Canaria with private pool for families, spacious and full of light, located in Mogán and surrounded by nature, with views that invite relaxation. Set in El Sao, a privileged area just 11 km from Arguineguín beach, this villa is perfect for those seeking peace without giving up comfort.
The property offers 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and two with single beds. There is also a second full bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, and it connects to a large living-dining room with a fireplace—ideal all year round.
A large covered and enclosed terrace with dining area and a second lounge opens from the living room, offering views of palm trees and the surrounding mountains—perfect for reading, chatting, or simply enjoying the silence.
Outside, every corner is made to enjoy the Canarian weather: a terrace by the entrance with dining area and an outdoor kitchen with a grill, another with a swing chair to unwind, and one more in the shade for the hottest days. All these areas lead to the barbecue zone and the heated private pool, with sun loungers to soak up the sun.
Car rental is recommended to make the most of your stay. The pool is heated from October 31st to March 31st, ensuring comfort even in winter.
The price is based on the number of guests, so every booking is prepared to match your group: we make up the bedrooms needed for the number of people booked, and the remaining ones stay closed. The rest of the house — living room, kitchen, terraces, barbecue and pool — is always yours to enjoy, so you only pay for the space you actually use. If you would rather have the whole house available, just let us know when booking and we will arrange it.

We had the best time in villa carmen second time round . Perfect and attentive hosts. Clean and spacious property with traditional charm surrounded by beautiful gardens and breath taking countryside. Big pool to top it all off.

This is a beautiful property with plenty of outdoor seating and space for the whole family. The pool was perfect in the hot weather.
The house itself was very clean and well appointed.
Fernando and Carmen were attentive and very quick to help with any problems or questions we had.
Would recommend!

Beautiful house with amazing grounds: pool, lounge chairs, indoor seating, fruit trees. Fernando and Carmen were amazing hosts. They left some fruit in the kitchen for us to help ourselves to. When we had any problems they were very quick to sort them out for us. Fernando even came by to see if we needed anything from the shops!
The house is secluded and safe with amazing views.
There wasn't anything the hosts could do to improve our stay. It was perfect.
However, the house is fairly remote. In our research we saw a bus stop only a 7-minute walk from the house. As we prefer to take public transport we thought this was ideal. BE WARNED: The bus only comes once a day at 7am! So we had to take taxis everywhere which proved to be frustrating as were are 6 of us. My husband spent far too much time trying to cajole the taxi companies into coming to collect us.

This was our first time to Gran Canaria and this villa did not disappoint. The agent was very easy to deal with during the whole process. The owners are a lovely family who made us feel very welcome.
The villa is just beautiful. Spacious, clean and well equiped. The pool is superb. Private and large so you can have a good swim. The gardens are very pretty anf full of fruit which we enjoyed for breakfast everyday. The view is also good
The air conditioning was also vital in 40+ tempretures!
The villa is located 9k in from the main GC1 route so you are only 10 minutes drive away from supermarkets and restaurants. There are plenty of places to visit but we like Peurto de Mogan the best for its prettiness, restaurants, beach and harbour. A car is essential by the way.
We would love to return again soon. It was so relaxing and restful.
