I had made a reservation for 14:00, but when I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes just to receive the access codes. When I finally got them and went to my room, it was not ready — it was messy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. I then had to wait almost an hour for a different room to be prepared. This was very disappointing and not the experience I was expecting.

Good

Breakfast is good for the price you pay (extra 8€ p.p). Coffee machine, tasty and different kinds of breads, cheese and ham, marmelades, juice.

The pillow is too soft and there's no extra in the room. My neck suffered a bit. First shower was a disaster because the area is not completely isolated, so the water came out of the shower box and almost flooded the whole bathroom. I needed to dry everything afterwards. (⁠+⁠_⁠+⁠)

Brief stay with my family.

Easy place to stay with good breakfast and parking in front of the building. Reception people were very kind and thus a plus to feel at home somewhat. Not the newest building but still good quality for the money you pay.

The building is rather old and would be a good initiative to spend some money on the carpet, doors, bathroom and other parts. Still OK but suggest to do something to not loose your customers.

Very poor

I like that shoe cleaning machine and toilleteries wending machines were present in the hotel.

There was no dustbin in the room, no locker, no toilet slippers, even not a single water bottle was there. Reception was open until 10 pm then it was completely closed with shutters , although good hotels are supposed to have a reception 24/7 to facilitate the guests. We booked our room with breakfast. But breakfast was soooo basic and minimal. It was not worth the money at all. Atleast an egg station should have been there in breakfast. Not only those chilled hard boiled eggs n few breads.

Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was ok - but nothing special.

No fridge in the room. No hood in the bathroom. Very old-fashioned furniture. In my opinion relation price/quality bad.
