Fabulous hotel. Very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere but in a great location close to the main area. Our room was very spacious and so comfortable. Dining facilities were fabulous and food was great. Staff extremely friendly and obliging. Can’t fault this hotel.

Beautiful hotel surrounded by nature. In a great location, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and the night market but it always felt peaceful and quiet in the hotel. The breakfast was lovely with so much choice and freshly cooked eggs and omelettes. All the staff were really friendly and helpful.

It wasn’t a problem for us but there are quite a lot of steps to walk up to access many of the rooms so you should bear this in mind if you have any mobility issues.

Pakasai is a beautiful hotel with amazing views, but overall the experience was frustrating and not worth the price we paid.

The biggest issue is the location — the hotel is built on a cliff, so you can’t really move around freely. You are forced to rely on golf carts to go anywhere, and they often take a long time to arrive, which becomes very annoying. Simple things like going to breakfast or returning to your room take much longer than they should. We also paid for the all-inclusive package expecting to fully enjoy the hotel without worrying about extra charges. However, we were surprised to find out that the all-inclusive menu was very limited, basically a half menu with mostly cheap and basic dishes. Most of the better options were not included, which defeats the whole point of paying for all inclusive. On top of that, the breakfast was the same every single day, with no variety, and honestly it wasn’t even that good. After a couple of days it became repetitive and disappointing.

A lot of the rooms require a lengthy up hill walk. Be mindful when booking if you have mobility issues.

Very nice room and ideal location in Ao Nang, we were really impressed with the eco friendly feel with being immersed in a jungle paradise, the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, they had loads of activities and options available to guests although we did not do these as we jam packed our days outside of the resort. Fresh bottled water each day was also a nice touch, thank you. I love that if you took a liking to any item in the room that it was available to purchase, very neat idea.

Would’ve been nice to be able to fully shut the blinds down to the bottom on the balcony. We didn’t make use of the clearly wonderful facilities available to us. Very impressed

This place was fantastic! Highly recommend anyone staying at Krabi to come here. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was great with a bar and really amazing breakfast. It had a 7/11 across the road for any supplies and it’s only a few minute walk to the main section but further back enough so you don’t get all the noise. Staff were so friendly and the best service we received on our whole Thailand trip. I recommend at least 4 or 5 nights ( I only stayed 3)

Was fine for us but If you are older or have mobility issue I would suggest a room closer to the front due to a lot of stairs to access some back rooms. I didn’t mind as it has zero noise

Great quiet location amongst the hustle and bustle which is now Krabi.

We had an amazing stay at Pakasai Resort in Krabi and would absolutely come back. The whole place feels like a peaceful jungle retreat while still being right near everything in Ao Nang. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with lovely natural surroundings that make you feel like you’re tucked away in nature. Waking up to greenery and the sounds of the forest was such a nice change from busy city hotels. The staff were incredible — so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Service was consistently warm and professional, which made the stay even more relaxing. One of the highlights was seeing monkeys around the resort area, which made the experience feel really special and unique (just keep your balcony doors closed like they advise 😄). The pool area, gardens, and overall atmosphere made it so easy to unwind. Perfect mix of comfort, nature, and location. Highly recommend Pakasai Resort if you’re staying in Krabi and want somewhere that feels like a tropical escape, not just a hotel.
