Beautiful place.
The location is great! Pool is nice. Good breakfast. The rooms are great, especially the Honeymoon suite. I liked everything.
Nothing.

Awesome place to stay
The location is really close to the beach and stalls, food. The resort is really beautiful. Good breakfast. Definitely go for the better rooms, though, as they have less noise and a fan in the room. The staff were really nice. The pool is great and isn't too deep.
Nothing to fault.

Lovely hotel, beautiful garden but disappointing room
Lovely resort on a quiet road surrounded by nature. Great infinity pool with plenty of sunbeds and a clean, well-kept environment. The bar serves tasty but slightly pricey cocktails, and although we didn’t try the restaurant food, it looked lovely.
Reception staff were excellent and helped resolve a couple of room issues. They also stored our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy our day at Ao Nang Beach.
Breakfast was very good with lots of choice, fresh fruit, good coffee, and eggs cooked to order. We also enjoyed the wildlife around the hotel. Our honeymoon room decoration was a nice surprise.
With a 7/11 and a restaurant right outside, plus a short walk to the beach, the location was perfect.
A couple of negatives: our room was a bit disappointing. It was advertised as a garden view, but instead faced a side road where staff frequently passed with suitcases—basically no view at all. We had a large balcony with no furniture, so it felt unnecessary. The room was newly renovated, which was nice, but the toilet stopped working twice, and the electrics also failed once; both issues were fixed quickly.
Super hard bed! But this can be okay to some... just felt like sleeping on a table.
Because of the room’s position, it was quite noisy from the bar across the street, with live music until midnight. Being on the ground floor, we could also hear people walking above us. We really wish we had been given a true garden-view room, as that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Great location and staff, dated rooms
Beautiful hotel. The common areas as dreamy, new and beautifully designed. Loved the trees around the property, excellent the spot lizards, frogs and monkeys. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. Very nice swimming pool with great cocktails and food. The room was big, quiet and comfortable. Massive comfy bed and pillows and decent shower.
The room we got was in urgent need for an update; it felt quite dated and wasn’t very clean (some mould in the bathroom, various stains on the walls and ceiling and a couple of hairs in the shower). Our room didn’t have bedside lamps which we requested after the first night but we never got them. :( also, the towels smelled of damp a bit. The breakfast was decent but I felt like it lacked some savoury western options.
I would definitely stay here again, they just need to update the rooms, choose white linens (so they can wash with bleach and avoid damp smells in humid weather) and step up their cleaning game.

Great location overpriced for its facilities
Great location, staff in the pool bar and breakfast were very friendly and helpful, however the hotel is very overpriced for what is offering.
Very old rooms require renovation breakfast was ok very limited . We received a room that was facing the street and was extremely noisy and lacked of privacy aa u couldn’t use the balcony and bath tub there! We asked to change as soon as we checked in however the reception didn’t even try to change it simply saying they were fully booked. We stayed 8 nights and the price was quite high for the night and not what was advertised in the pictures !! Some help to try accommodate and make us satisfied would have been nice.

Would have loved to stay longer
Location, staff, pool and upgrade!
Not their fault: had to walk up the stairs to my beautiful room after 2hrs training Muay Thai twice a day. That was exhausting 😜.

Had a lovely stay at Pakasai with our 8 month old. Would recommend this place!
Incredibly nice and service minded staff! The location is great and so were the surroundings of the resort with bigger parts of it recently refurbished. The restaurant has great food!
The room was a bit worn down, but there was ongoing refurbishment of other rooms and from the little peak we got they look very very nice!
Premium suite:pathetic, no ventilation, stinky lavatory in room ,guess defect in plumbing, noisy air conditioning, spot lights on ceiling not working, above all mosquitoes in abundance with no help from house keeping nor reception area. It was a huge spoiler as at the end of the day you crash at your place. Reception staff refuse to help out. They said no upgrades as resort was booked and downgrade was available a normal with a window but it was on 3rd floor with no lift. Sorry but it was difficult to accept as I suffer from arthritis. Requested a refund ....they were rude enough to say that please take up the matter with booking .com

Great location with a natural vibe, spacious rooms, excellent staff, and good value,
Fantastic location with a natural vibe that feels like stepping into a reserve. The rooms were spacious and the staff were wonderful—special thanks to Naing, Pin, and DY. The location was also very convenient, and overall, it offered excellent value for money.
The rooms feel slightly outdated, and the walk from the room to the hotel entrance can be a bit long

Not a pleasant stay !
Location and staffs' attitude
Most of the resort is undergoing maintenance and upgrading works , so the room given to us was not properly set-up. We also couldn't change room since it's fully occupied. I'm sure many not happy abt the situation since the resort didn't give any prior information of it undergoing maintenance works. Rooms with best locations at ground levels are all closed for maintenance. This is our second time coming here during same season but this time we have to pay double the price . I believe booking.com not aware of this ongoing maintenance works. Feel cheated. Will not ever come to this resort anymore.

Great place to relax and explore Ao Nang
I really liked the grounds and the nature surrounding the room.
The distance it took to walk back to the room. The breakfast could have been a little more fresh and more options for the price. More selections of coffee made by a barista. Pastries could of been a bit fresher.

Great location and in a natural setting
The properties set in the tropical trees and bushes environment, fresh air and connected to the natural. Great for the relaxing and de stress. Close to eateries, massage shops and money exchange stores.
Air condition is old style and bit noisy

Excellent. Will come back.
Location and staff are equally superb.
I could have done with some bigger variety of cold meals for breakfast. Soundproofing could be little better.

Pleasant but overpriced for the value.
Staff polite and friendly. Good location for the beach and town. View of the sea was nice. Large room with a comfortable bed. Seeing monkeys on the grounds was a bonus. Only one wait staff on duty at breakfast, Thuco/Lucco(?) but he was polite, friendly and efficient, despite being all on his own.
Listed as a 4-star hotel but actually has amenities less than some 3-star hotels there. Quite large grounds, and it's all uphill from the lobby on steep and wet steps after the rain, even a steeper climb to access the room at the back of the grounds. Room, especially the bathroom a bit dated with a very old shower head attached to the wall. No table or chair inside the room for those needing to work online. Housekeeping unhappy to change towels or bed linen. Breakfast was quite limited, but some daily changes were made to the items. The hotel's idea of a poached egg was to boil the egg in its shell, there was never any consistency in what was produced. Coffee was acceptable but not the juice. Every day the spa was open, but nobody was ever on duty so couldn't use the facilities.

Disappointed
Nothing
Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing hotel experience I’ve had.
We checked out just 10 minutes after entering the room. Although we had booked two rooms, we were given different ones that were far apart and not easily accessible. Most concerning, however, was the strong smell of mold and sewage in the rooms.
I truly would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. We lost the cost of two nights, and unfortunately, no refund was provided.

Huge room and unbeatable location.
The staff was very polite and nice.
The room size is quite generous.
Free water drinking dispenser.
Location and convenience.
Noisy at night, the restaurant and a bar behind play music until midnight.
Every time my room was cleaned I had few mosquitoes inside.

Jungle oasis with hike to room
The grounds were a cool jungle type escape, we saw monkeys and flying lemurs in the property
The pool area is pretty good
Breakfast was too expensive for what you get,
They changed our room on arrival and was 130 stairs to get to our room, not great with a bad knee( no elevator)
Staff lied to us about breakfast price and then guilt tripped us to pay more
We changed hotels to Andaman breeze which is much better value for money, breakfast was better also

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful
This hotel is one of the best places I have stayed in.
It feels like you are in a tropical oasis. The room we stayed in was in a block of 4 set back from the main building.
Room was very spacious, cleaned every day and drinking water replenished
Great location, staff so friendly and helpful.
Lucho and cream were fantastic
Breakfast was great with so many choices.
We had a couple of meals in the restaurant which were also delicious as were the cocktails at happy hour.
The pool was salt water and so warm

we really enjoyed our stay - nice resort with huge comfortable bed
we stayed in one of the bungalows and it was huge. The room was really spacious with a big bathroom which included a bath tub and walking shower. The bed was really comfortable.
the pool is a great place to relax and the food from the bar is really nice. The breakfast was also really nice.
you feel like your staying in a jungle when you stay in this resort.
The walk to the bungalow was a bit much.

Loved our stay and didn’t want to leave! Stay here for a tranquil oasis close to the main area with a delicious breakfas
The property here is so peaceful and beautiful! We didn’t want to leave! There is so much greenery that you immediately feel transported to a little jungle oasis. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was delicious and robust with options. The location was perfect! Quiet and tucked away, but still so close to all the shops, restaurants, and beach.
Absolutely loved this place! Only thing that would have made it better was blackout curtains to put in front of the bathroom door since the door let in some light. The shower was also just a little old/dated, but still great water pressure and temp, so can’t complain! It also would be nice to have a streaming service available to log into. :)

Overall our stay at Pakasai Resort was good. We enjoyed the location and plenty to do in the area.
Walkable distance to a lot of bars, shops, restaurants in Ao Nang. The breakfast was standard breakfast. Room was big, staff were always really pleasant and friendly.
Wished the breakfast was on last 10am as we struggled with the time difference. A lot of stairs to reach our room and was quite steep. The food in the hotel restaurant was expensive to buy.

A lovely hotel, very well designed and located. Good food and good value.
Welcoming, efficient, friendly staff. Lovely sized bedroom and bathroom, with fan as well as a/c.
Breakfast contained many options, all good. Food in restaurant very nicely prepared and presented.
Beautifully designed grounds. Rooftop swimming pool with bar a real bonus, although water rather warm.
Quiet location, but within easy 5 minute walk of the beach.
Lighting in room rather dim. Bedding was not cotton, and duvet inflexible.
Music at breakfast not to our taste - too shouty. Live music in the restaurant too loud.

We loved our 10 days at Pakasai Resort.
The room was lovely and clean, and the bed was very comfy! I'd have preferred a slightly bigger wardrobe and more hangers.
The breakfast buffet was superb and included fresh fruit, pancakes, French toast, hot dishes aswell as pastries and many different kinds of bread. Something for everyone! I loved it!
The resort was surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden.
Only thing I'd say is that I'd have preferred a slightly bigger wardrobe space to hang up dresses and shirts. Six coat hangers for two people for ten days wasn't quite enough but we managed. The actual wardrobe space was quite short aswell so I wasn't able to hang up any long dresses.

Beautiful surroundings immersed in nature, a little pocket of calm nestled in a busy Ao Nang
We purposely asked for a quiet location and mentioned we were not bothered by the steps. It is quite a climb up the steps to the rooms at the top but totally worth the view and the peace. We loved everything about this hotel and would highly recommended.

Blissful oasis in the heart of Ao Nang
This hotel is a godsend for anyone who wants to stay in the heart of Ao Nang but also loves nature and sustainability. It's made up of several buildings that blend seamlessly into a tropical forest, home to families of macaques, salamanders, fish, butterflies, small birds, leaf insects, and many other native animals just a stone's throw from your room. Sometimes they even pay you a visit on your balcony!
When I stayed, the hotel was undergoing renovations. The Treetop Café and lobby were closed (and the spa looked a bit neglected), but I was lucky enough to have breakfast for the last few days before it closed for renovations at the 'floating' restaurant. It's an open-air spot overlooking a pond where big catfish swim, lulled by the sound of a waterfall.
The breakfast buffet is abundant and nourishing, with options for vegetarians, Thai cuisine, continental fare, an egg station, salads, and yogurt with a variety of seeds and toppings. They have machines with freshly ground coffee and organic teas.
Above the restaurant, there's a pool overlooking the street, a bar, and a sunbathing area.
The deluxe rooms are decorated in traditional Thai style - spacious, cool, with polished marble floors and handcrafted bamboo and fabric objects. They've got all the comforts you need, from TV to decent Wi-Fi and a fridge with complimentary drinks on arrival. Also kudos for the huge desk (a must if you work online), and a gigantic, ultra-comfortable bed.
The staff and management are incredibly kind and radiate positive energy. I don't understand the reviews that claim otherwise - I think they're more a reflection of some tourists' ignorance and nastiness.
The value for money is incredible if you stay during the low season. I'd recommend staying in buildings 3 and 4, which are the most secluded and quiet.
Unfortunately, it's not the hotel's fault (and I haven't let this issue impact my rating), but from 9:30 PM until 1 AM, you can hear pounding music from a nearby venue that makes it hard to sleep. This is especially true if you're staying in building 11 and the ones nearby, but even the farther buildings are affected (I personally went out to the stairs each night to measure the decibels). This was a big problem for me, and it breaks my heart to see such a peaceful and beautiful place spoiled by someone else's noise. Especially since there's supposed to be a noise curfew after 10 PM.
I'll admit this would negatively influence my decision to return if the problem persists, and I hope my comments in this review will help the managers defend their cause and their business.
I'd also suggest they mention in the description that in low season the resort is undergoing renovations, and some services aren't available.
The pool is only 1.20 meters deep throughout and hot, which makes it difficult to swim. But if you have kids or teenagers, you'll probably appreciate it.
Other than that, it was a fantastic stay, and in my opinion this is one of the most beautiful hotels in Ao Nang, if not the best, in its price range.
