Friendly staff, good location for us. Very quiet and comfortable location.
New check in system required us to re enter all our details as our online booking details had not been passed to the hotel electronically.. While not a deal breaker, it did cause an unnecessary delay to get our room keys. We would have appreciated another bottle of sparkling water for our second night stay.

It’s as German as I gets: comfortable and yet not ostentatious, efficient and great breakfast.

Check in executed by kiosk only with many IT problems. It has takes too long time. Accomodation was in building quite long distance from breakfest building.
