    The hotel is a no service hotel. There is no reception or anything, you get a pin for the gate, a pin for the door, and a third for a keybox, and then you go collect your keys, and go in. They have two buildings and I didn't notice the second, so my pin didn't work as I was supposed to stay in the second building. I called their support function and they were fast to send someone to help me. (partly because I checked in during office hours. There is a bathtub with a showerhead but no shower curtain, I had to shower sitting down to prevent water going everywhere. This was annoying, but my only real issue. Otherwise fine hotel.

    I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located in the art nouveau district, my room was facing the yard it was very quiet. The room is big enough, clean, and everything works. There is no reception, but the staff sent me clear instructions how to get the keys. I will stay at this hotel again.

    The hotel is very nice. Good beds, nice, clean rooms, refrigerator, good shower etc. It is situated in a good neigbourhood. I booked it through Agoda and somewhere along the line some important information was lost. I booked a Double room and we were given a Twin room. We were supposed to receive a code via e-mail to access the hotel and the room key. No such e-mail had been sent and we spent 10 minutes on the phone with the customer service (they were very helpful). All in all a good stay.
