Good location and great breakfast.Staff was helpful,polite n friendly

Could add towel hanger or hook in bathroom.overall all are great n love the new renovated rooms..

The room was super comfy and its really convenient as one of the biggest mall in kl is just downstairs

The parking facility is not really that good

The location was very strategic because it's attached to Gardens Mall which is very convenient. You can go and find food easily, do some shopping spree, whatever you like. The room was awesome. I love the interior design, the bed was nice, the bathroom where it's like a partition space that you can cover and close for privacy or open it wide for space. Similar to Holiday inn design, but much better and solid. The fact it has space for a bathtub, is quite impressive. Love the soap that they provided. Very nice scent. But the one thing I'm quite surprised and quite happy about is that they also provided a sejadah prayer mat for Muslim guests, which is very rare but thoughtful for hotels like this. And for that, I give high good ratings 👍✨ Facilities like the gym were awesome and super spacious. The swimming pool was nice too. The breakfast spread was splendid and adequate. They have intercontinental breakfast, oriental like dim sum, Indian food, Malaysian food, fruits, yogurts, juices. All are complete and tasty 👍

If I have a small complaint, is that our room air-conditioning was not that cold. Even though we tried to reduce the temperature, it was still stuck at 22 degrees but I noticed it did go down automatically in the middle of the night but it was still quite a warm feeling. Maybe it was just our room that the aircond was faulty but it wasn't that bad. We can still survive haha. Maybe next time if we come visit again, hopefully we'll get a better air-conditioning room. But because of all the amenities, the room space, the nice bathroom and nice bed, the majority was plus points. So, my wife and I really love this hotel and we hope to come back again soon.

Location, friendly staff, sizeable 1 bedroom

Housekeeping remove towels meant for washing which is correct but they forgot to leave behind replacement towels for me. As I was got back to the room past midnight so I just make do with the face towels to dry myself after a shower. Perhaps housekeeping personnel can be more attentive in the future. Looking forward to the hotel tower reopening after renovation.
