This is my second time staying here, and I really love this place. Overall, everything was good. The only downside was that the air conditioner in my room was leaking and making quite a loud noise. I called Customer Service and was told someone would come and check it, but unfortunately, no one came in the end. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

We stayed here with our family and overall the resort itself is nice and relaxing, but there were a few things that affected our experience. One issue was the bathroom. The water on the floor did not flow properly towards the floor drain, so after using the bathroom, the water would just stay there and the floor became quite flooded. It seems like the floor level or slope may not be quite right. We also requested a baby cot at the front desk when we checked in and the staff told us it was okay. We waited in our room but the cot still had not arrived and there was no update from the hotel. In the end, we had to call from the room ourselves, only to be told that there was actually no baby cot available. We understand that it may be subject to availability, but it would have been much better if we had been informed earlier instead of waiting for several hours. Breakfast was okay, but the restaurant seemed a bit understaffed. We asked for an additional spoon and fork, but it never came. The staff were probably very busy and the request may have simply been forgotten. Another thing we noticed was at the swimming pool. There were quite a lot of people using the pool at that time, but we did not see any lifeguard on duty. From a safety point of view, I feel this is something the hotel should look into, especially when the pool is busy. The resort has a nice environment and a lot of potential, but I hope the management can improve the bathroom, communication with guests, restaurant service, and pool safety. These small improvements would make the overall stay much better.
