Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Wohnung und Terrasse hätten sauberer sein können. Viele Menschen sind obwohl kein öffentlicher Durchgang an der Wohnung vorbei gegangen oder mit dem Fahrrad durchgefahren. Man konnte kaum auf der Terrasse sitzen. Standbenutzung kostet 3 Euro.
