This amazing, fully air conditioned house is just waiting for you to come and enjoy all that Exmouth has to offer. Whether it is fishing, snorkeling or enjoying all the sights come home to this well-appointed family home. Allowing pets, this is the ideal home for a whole family getaway.
This home is separated into two wings with a large secure breezeway separating the two.

As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. For more information on what to bring, please check the What to Bring section of our website.
This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.
Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.
Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being center stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Skip Jack proved to be excellent for the needs of our group coming and going for a week. The layout was excellent.

Positives: Dog friendly with fencing. Internal space and bedroom set up makes it great for a group or 2 families. Emu visit was a highlight. Not so: Hot water system didn’t allow for hot showers for 4 people despite using the booster. Water flow was poor and shower temperature was like warm at best. There was no wifi, no backyard - it was all dirt. The fly’s and mosquitos and lizards, spiders able to get inside. Couch Cushions need washing. The aircons require servicing. We even had a backpacker knock on the door asking for accomodation. (Was it registered previously as a backpackers?) Paid alot of to stay here and it was disappointing that it didn’t live up to the cost. 20 years travelling to Exmouth and this was the most we have ever paid to stay a week. Was it worth 5k a week to stay here. NO. 3k would be a more accurate pricing. For the price we Expected more.
