We had a fantastic stay, the ski‑to‑door location made getting on and off the slopes unbelievably easy, and the stylish Accomodation itself was a perfect retreat after long day in the snow.
The spa facilities were exceptional, It was the ideal place to unwind and after skiing.
What truly set Chalet Izia apart, was the incredible staff. Everyone we met was kind, friendly, and consistently went above and beyond to help. A special mention goes to Nathan, who was exceptionally supportive when my daughter needed to see a doctor. His calm, proactive assistance made a stressful moment so much easier, and we’re genuinely grateful.
Overall, fantastic apartments that combines comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality. We would return in a heartbeat.

The sauna and steam room were exceptional. The ski in/ski out access was added value. There was a very nice private locker room for skis & equipment.
They knowingly practice bait and switch false advertising. The photos on Booking show a vaulted ceiling in 4 of 7 photos showing the room “Two-bedroom apartment 4 people with chimney”. We expected the beautiful room that we booked. Instead they gave us another room that had flat ceilings and was not a top floor view, as advertised. We paid top price and got a less desirable room. They knew it and refused to make any adjustment in our booking. If you book this room, arrive early on Saturday, as they only have a few and then you get something else.

Location was great, ski in and ski out.
Apartment was very comfortable for a family of 4.
When we arrived it was a little chaotic trying to find the room, let alone take our luggage with minimal help from staff.

The chalet appartement and chalet facilities were exceptional. Beautiful communal areas, spa and pool.
Truly ski in ski out, the boot room opens directly onto the piste.
Stylish modern alpine decor, very chic.
Stunning views to the mountain and village.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Secure parking within the chalet.
Fresh croissants and bread delivered form an excellent bakery daily in request.
