When we arrived there was a bucket and wet towels under the main room air conditioner. We were told the AC unit would be turned off and that they were correcting the problem. We left for dinner. When we returned 3 hours later the bedroom AC had leaked at least 3 feet into the bedroom with standing water 1/8 inch deep. Bigger issue was the electrical plugs were soaked in the standing water. Called the night emergency number and he said that someone would come in and fix in the morning. My wife and I were tasked with using every towel in the unit to soak up all the standing water which took us 1 1/2 hours. The bedroom carpet was 1/4 soaked. Then we had to sleep in the moist room for the night. Very uncomfortable to say the least. The next morning we were told that the repair would be made between 1 and 2 pm. When we returned both AC had been fixed as promised and the wet carpet was left outside to dry out and the bedroom furniture was shoved against the walls. From that first night on our stay was very comfortable.

Amazing apartment with everything you need. Easy checkin/checkout procedure. Close to the beach. Quiet.

Messages via booking-messenger were not answered. Receipt was wrong (paid too much) and booking.com had to get things right again.
