The room ha an AC but you have to add 8 ERO per night per AC unit. After adding one didn't worc so they suggested a fan for 3 ERO per night. This is after the room with the AC cost more (before adding to mack it work).
There was a constant nois from some vent that we could not stop..
We ordered a room for 3 and only 2 beds were made. They didn't even have bedding for the third I had to go get it.
The room was cleen on the face of it but there was a smell in it.
Wen we complained the attitude was dismissive.

Great place, has everything you need and it is well located to the city, free parking, AC for additional but based on low room rate makes sense. For a one night stay was fabulous.

This is such a beautiful hotel with an excellent location. If you are coming from Paphos Airport, it's literally by the final bus stop (couldn't be easier).
10 min walk to the coast for the most beautiful sunsets.
Hotel is very clean, beautiful pool, bar area etc
I would like to come back here again.
Lots of shops nearby.
