    My partner and I stayed at the hotel for five nights. The staff were all great and food at the restaurants lovely. There was an issue with our room type on the first night which they sorted and gave us an upgrade. We were a little disappointed to have to pay for the spa facilities (pool, steam room etc) which was €29 per person per visit which I would have expected to be free given it was a 5* hotel. However the spa was lovely and the massage was incredible! Would def stay there again

    We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. A bit far from the ski lift, but they have a shuttle that takes guests there for free. Food at the restaurants could be better though.

    The basics are all good. But everything is extra. Event water. You are given to small bottles and we had a room of three. We asked for refills but they came at a charge, for drinking water. Breakfast was also pricey, but it was very yummy. Overall, it is a great location, stunning hotel, the staff were nice to us, but prepare to spend a little extra if you want more than just a room! :)
