Part of our 40th wedding anniversary trip and the 5 days in Batsi were our favourite part. We liked everything , lovely staff thank you Maria x, good breakfast options, lovely bedroom with a seaview ( they did upgrade us due to our anniversary which I thought was amazing). With their own section of the beach with beds /Parasol and waiter service included in room rate as were the beach towels!.
Nothing about the hotel but the bus service not always reliable lol.

The hotel is at the heart of Batsi, beachfront to the best part of Batsi Beach, a very short walk from all the restaurants and nice places. We had a blast. Stayed there for 12 nights and felt like home. The staff were incredibly nice, warm, welcoming. Maria is such a sweetheart, but not only her, the rest of the staff as well. They were there for every single request we had. The property is super clean, the housekeeping ladies are always smiling and working tirelessly.
There was not one thing we didn’t like in the hotel.

We loved the room, great aircon, great shower, very comfy bed and lovely quiet view. Great location, beach beds, umbrellas and friendly staff. Breakfast was great and other food and drink was excellent. Loved it and will definitely be back.
Couldn’t get the safe to work, but didn’t have my glasses on and didn’t need it anyway.
