We were unfortunately disappointed with our stay, mainly because of the way our room booking was handled.
We specifically booked the Superior Standard Room because it was advertised as being larger than the regular rooms. Upon arrival, however, we were given a standard room, which felt quite small, especially with our luggage. We contacted reception the same day to clarify the situation and were told that the Superior Room was only given to guests staying three people, despite the fact that we had specifically booked and paid for that room category.
The following day, we discovered that the hotel did in fact have Superior Rooms, which were noticeably larger. We went back to reception and explained the situation again. Instead of simply acknowledging the mistake, we were told, “It’s only a two-square-meter difference, why is it so important to you?” For us, it was important because we had deliberately chosen and paid for the larger room, precisely because we wanted more space for our luggage and during our stay.
Eventually, we were moved to the correct room, but by then almost a day and a half of our two-day stay had already passed. What was most disappointing was that we felt as though we were asking for a special favor, when in reality we were simply asking for what we had originally booked and paid for.
There were also issues with the pool service. There were no available sunbeds when we went to the pool, and we were asked to carry the sunbeds ourselves rather than receiving assistance from the staff. We also felt that guests coming from outside the hotel were being given priority for the pool area, which was frustrating as hotel guests.

Garish decor. My mattress was curved like it didn't fit the bed frame. Cheaply fitted decor. Way over priced at over eur200 without breakfast

Our initial room was too noise cause planned road reconstruction but the staff - from the reception lady to the General Manager were very quick and attentive to change the room once such option appears

We came for the pool and stayed for the weekend. My daughter loved the design of the hotel and the staff was gracious and friendly.
