Being greeted with a smile is standard at almost every property. But during this stay, I genuinely felt pampered. From the moment I walked in, the warmth of every staff member was palpable. The room was far more comfortable than you'd expect from a city hotel. The air quality from the climate system was truly soothing. Honestly, I didn't expect such a quiet, peaceful night's sleep in the middle of the city. Thank you to everyone who made this experience possible.

The personal care products in the bathroom could be of better quality.

The staff at the reception is AMAZING! Very friendly, cooperative and helpful. I arrived before check-in time, but the lady at the reception gave me an early check-in free of charge. In less than 10 mnts I was sitting comfortably in my room which made my day much easier

The only thing that bothered me was the spa and pool receptionist. There was a rude guest who for some reason was annoyed by my existence just because I was wearing a burkini which I didn’t think much of it until the receptionist approached me asking if I took a shower before coming and if I was clean enough to enter the swimming pool just because that guest complained about my outfit!!!!!!! That was extremely discriminatory and disrespectful! Other than thgat the pool itself was not clean and smells funny

Nescafé in the room as the only coffee option? Not even a Nespresso machine? Perhaps this could be improved

Location

I chose the property as it’s a free parking facility. But at the arrival there is a valet parking with a payment. That’s a bit cheeky for a 5 star hotel with a 50 yard away open parking facility. Breakfast was pretty ordinary as well.
