Food was absolutely amazing, recommend the hotel for the food alone.
I book the place for its location, and it didn't disappoint. Beach was great, near facilities and beautiful nature.
Plenty of swimming pools to choose. the 2 main ones had shaded and sunny areas, great for babies and kids. Shows were great and entertaining.
The room was simple and spacious, didn't spend to much time in there.
Bathroom had mould in the roof, but not a deal break.

Staff was very friendly, they left a present for my mother in her room because I told them it was her birthday.
Tons of activities every day.
Comfortable beds.
Big rooms.
Big variaty of food at the restaurants.
People leaving their towels for the whole day at the pool and never using that. We could never find empty a sunbed without a towel.

All-inclusive dining
The staff is not customer-oriented and doesn't resolve issues; the room was old and terrible—nothing like the photos on Booking—and I had actually booked a completely different, new room.
