We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entertainment was excellent, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and everything was spotless throughout our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel truly comfortable.

The only downside was the beach. It wasn’t as clean as we had expected, as there was a noticeable amount of natural plant debris (seaweed and other vegetation) along the shoreline and extending further down the beach. We understand this is a natural phenomenon and not necessarily the hotel’s responsibility, but it did affect our beach experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were impressed from start to finish. The staff were extremely helpful, taking the time to explain the hotel facilities, where everything was located, and ensuring we had everything we needed in our room. Their attention to detail and friendly approach made us feel very welcome. The food was excellent, with a great variety of options available. The buffet offered plenty of choices for all tastes, and the à la carte restaurants were also very good, providing high-quality meals and excellent service. One of the highlights of our stay was the children’s club. It was fantastic, with a wide range of fun and engaging activities for children throughout the day. The team did a great job keeping the children entertained, making it enjoyable for both kids and parents. The evening entertainment was also excellent. There were movie nights, fire shows, and other activities that created a great atmosphere and ensured there was always something enjoyable to do after dinner. Overall, this is a fantastic family-friendly hotel with excellent food, great facilities, and outstanding service. We would happily return and highly recommend it to other families.

We booked two direct oceanfront rooms but only received one. The second room had only a partial ocean view. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, we were told it was the same booking category — but it clearly wasn’t oceanfront. They offered a bottle of champagne as a gesture, which didn’t hold much value for me as a non-drinker. I also asked about a refund or adjustment for the room difference, but they weren’t able to accommodate that either. Overall, the hotel seems better suited for families with young children or guests looking for a party atmosphere. The facilities were nice and the staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t choose to return. There are many more beautiful and relaxing hotels on Mallorca that I’d prefer to stay at instead.

The food was decent, but could have been better in terms of quality. Portions were very large — so if you prefer quantity over quality, this might be the right fit. It’s a great spot for families with young children, but not ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing beach escape. The beach was overcrowded and quite narrow, although the water and surrounding scenery were beautiful.
