Very good breakfast, excellent views, close to Arachova Center, spacious rooms with fireplace.
Wi Fi didn't work most of the time, bathroom could use some renovations. Room service not available

The location was perfect and the views were great.
The breakfast was acceptable but to be honest we were expexting a bit better for the price.

The hotel was very clean & the rooms are serviced on a daily basis regardless of it being a weekend or weekday. The hotel is run by a family who are very warm & welcoming. Breakfast is served freshly on demand on non-buffet mornings. The gym is also quite a large size.

Big variety of breakfast items and the possibility of good facilities. But it seems the hotel has not been rennovated or looked after for a long time. It has potential! Thank god there is one staff member who tries to please, Mr. Loukas! Kind polite and very helpful.
A cleaner room wouldn't hurt. Friendlier and more attentive staff especially during breakfast. Staff seemed asleep and uninterested to help.
Why have a pool if it's NOT heated!!! If you have to pay for sauna, whirlpool and steam to warm up and relax after a long ski day and a pretty high rate for a mediocre room...dont call yourself luxurious hotel.
