What a great little basic hotel in the middle of Plaka. Excellent breakfast on the rooftop with a view, friendly staff. 12 min walk to the Acropolis and museum. Little balcony to people watch the Plaka streets. Excellent food all around

Location: The most important plus point, its literally 5 min walk from Monasteraki station and you will get standard hotels that near to this station. You can easily walk with your heavy suitcases to the hotel.
Otherwise also it is situated in one f the busiest neighbourhood of the Plaka enabling you lots of eateries and shops very nearby in walking distance.
Check in and out: Hastlefree and extremely efficient.
Buffet breakfast:above average spread with 3-4 hot options which is really praiseworthy. The rooftop restaurant is just amazing where you can behold the sight of Acropolis and sip a fresh orange juice in breakfast.
Rooms: Size moderate,well maintained.
Washeooms: Slightly smaller than average, but neat and tidy.
Room service: Resoponsible and makes the room daily.
Value for money: Certainly compared to other Plaka neighbourhood hotels.
Most recommended stay option at Athens.

Great place to stay, with clean rooms and extra bonuses including bath robes. We also had a balcony which is lovely for the evenings. The guy on reception is really helpful - he gave us lots of useful information about the city and even lent me a phone adaptor when I had forgotten mine. Breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the Acropolis is great, with plenty of choice and lovely fresh orange juice. Our only disappointment was that there's no access to the roof terrace at other times - a bar there for the evenings would have been fantastic.
