The location and free packing.
The hotel is tired and needs to be refurbished .
We had coffee sachets and tea provided in our room, but no kettle! This was rectified with a visit to reception. When starting to unpack, we found we had no coat hangers provided. another visit to reception rectified this. The following day we left the hotel at 10:00 returned at 15;15 to find our room had not been serviced despite leaving the "Please service my my room" on the door. Trip number 3 to reception. During our 3 night stay the tea/ coffee was never replenished.

Very dated and tired looking. Can see in its day was a beautiful hotel but all areas especially the bedrooms need refurbishment.

To whom it may concern.
I’m 70 years old and confirm that Room 129 was the most disgusting Hotel Room, I’ve ever been !
Not only it had no air condition, no refrigerator, but it was in a deplorable condition.
Smelly carpet full of dust & spots and also loosened.
No cleaning under bed and on furniture, probably for years.
Terrasse floor full of dirt in the corners and even the windows are dirty.
Bathroom floor and Toilet have not been cleaned during our 6 day-stay.
Foot powder hasn’t been removed from first day on !
Bed hasn’t been made orderly all these days, just simply covered.
Pics have been taken !
Fletcher: NEVER AGAIN.

Great parking and a short walk into town. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful.
No complaints. We booked a small room and that's what we got. Decor a little dated but perfectly acceptable.

Only good thing about the hotel was the bathroom which seemed well maintained and new.
The hotel in general is old and decaying. The room was large but really needed renovation. Curtains falling down, walls in bad shape, everything pretty decadent. Quite a large choice at breakfast bit the quality if the food was horrible. Staff never smiled except forbthe lady at the reception when we left, she was a bit more friendly...

Comfortable beds and location are top.
READ CAREFULLY! IMPORTANT!
Mysteriously, during check in, no information was available in the system thus the room i booked wasn't available but i was given another for the night. In that room, there was a window just above the headrest of the bed and that window was leaking water down onto the bed and head while sleeping.
Next day I was moved into the original room that i previously booked.
Generally fine, but soundproofing is very minimal so when someone was listening to some programme on tv late into the night, i wasn't able to fall asleep.
On the checkout, I have forgotten a small electrical appliances in original packaging. I contacted reception later that day when I arrived home and realized what happened. The lady said nothing was found and that I should nevertheless write an email for the next morning shift.
So i did, but there was no answer almost 2 weeks later. So i wrote another email. Again no answer.
Now, I am finished writing emails.
Travellers! Warning! Be careful not to leave anything in the room once you checkout because IT WILL DISAPPEAR!
Bad experience overall!! 👎🏼

This is a 2 star at best. No AC, (4 star hotel)??? dirty room, broken tap in bathroom, holes in wall, TV cables hanging loose, no kleenex replacement, no screens, safe broken. Outdoors; dirty ash trays, weak service. Etc Etc!
Start by rating this place properly! It's a 2 star at best. It is old and worn-out. Our room (214) barely liveable. We left after 4 of 5 booked nites. Never will use again.

The location was close to where I required.
This is honestly the worse night sleep and stay away from home I have ever had an I travel regularly for work.
Extremely hot weather and windows open but no draft, feel heat coming from the floor when you walk near footed.
Only one single plug in the room for which I needed to charge my phone so couldn’t use for the fan but it would also have then been cm’s away from my face.
I like a firm bed but this was like sleeping for the few minutes I could on the floor, the bed was so uncomfortable. i honestly feel exhausted and terrible.
Would be nice for some basic hot drinks facilities.
Wall paper peeling off the wall.
Hotel in general looks like it was last refurbished in the 1980’s.
Not yet tried the food but considering just leaving early.
I will be asking to speak to the manager this is definitely not worth what I paid.
