Very nice stay despite slightly quirky room

Excellent facilities, plenty of eating options, very good breakfast, spacious room with very nice shower. Every member of staff was extremely attentive.

Deluxe room bathroom allows no privacy - there is a sliding glass door to close for the toilet, but you can still see inside from (most of) the room. For very relaxed couples only!

Overall good hotel, but breakfast experience was poor

Breakfast used to be a lot more better few years back. Now, unfortunately we can notice hard tries of hotel mgmt to spare money on cutting breakfast items. You often get to see hot meals section's pots empty - they are simply not being reloaded with food, guess they expect customers would just turn away looking for smth else to eat. Sad.... ((

Dont eat breakfast. I like the restaurant, but it is too dark.

Not enough tea, regular coffee nor decaf coffee, sugar and milk cups in the room. That was really irritating !! I don't use the machine.

Nice hotel- took our bags because we were early for check in.

Location was kind of out of the way for looking at tulips. But we rented a bike through the hotel - which was super easy- and did the tulip tour. They do have packages, didn’t see that until after we booked. Stayed in north suite, had the sauna and balcony which was super nice to relax.

There were at least 4 bugs in our room for a two night stay. We didn’t mind them but do be aware. We were waiting a half hour after check in time for our room and when we got in the room you could tell they rushed to clean up. I’m sure for the time they had to clean it they did a great job. Overall happy with the stay!

Great Find

Great location for visiting Keukenhof gardens the reason for our visit. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. All staff very friendly & helpful. Chef was great in providing great safe gluten free meals

Unfortunately the lift broke down frequently. Husband with dodgy knees suffered a bit climbing the stairs.

Excellent accommodation to visit the bollenstreek

Very large room which was cozy decorated. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of choices. Also the staff was extremely friendly.

The room was on the ground floor not far from the entrance of the casino. Unfortunate we awoke due to loud noise from people coming from the casino. At least it sounded like that. Also the noise level remained even when the people where in their room.

Nice, clean, modern hotel though the privacy (toilet & bath) may be an issue

The room was huge and the interior gives off a modern vibe. The location is also nice. We used it as base for going to Keukenhof.

Here me out, in the room assigned to us, the bathroom and shower doesn't give you privacy. The door is clear glass, there's space above and below and there's a window right in front of the door. You can hear when someone is taking a pee (or more). From the bed, you can see what someone is doing too. Even for us, a couple, we found it lacks privacy. I can imagine it would be embarrassing for say friends or colleagues.

Shower and no English-speaking CNN or English Channel. Reported to receptionist they reported to the technician without success. Shower door not flushed to wall allowed water to run out onto floor and out underneath the bathroom door onto the carpet.NN

The room was big and comfortable. All details were though out carefully - really loved it. The hotel looked new and impeccable.

While there was really great choice of food during breakfast, fresh cucumbers were missing.
