    I would not say the Palace Hotel is a 4* category, more like a 3*. Comparing Palace Hotel with other 4* hotels, it leaves room for improvement. Rooms are neat, the design a bit industrial, but very clean. My balcony was interconnected with the balcony of my neighbouring room, so I closed the curtains in the evening. Staff is efficient, but not really giving you the 4* feeling. No complains about the rich breakfast, with a wide choice of food and beverages, and very well presented. My stay was overall a pleasant one. A + is the possibility of day & night check-in.
