The staff are super friendly. I truly appreciate the exchanges / talks with mr shivas at the reception while I was waiting for my ride.
The hotel is bright and clean. All is well.
The location is a bit off, so the price should be reduced a bit. I paid the price including breakfast, but unfortunately I needed to check out earlier so I missed the breakfast. If you could offer a light snack/meal to take away for this kind of case, that would be awesome. Kindly also provide a bottle of water in the room for courtesy.

The swimming pool is great and the breakfast as well. Lots of choice and good food. Free parking.
Restaurant staff was downright lax. Found a piece of plastic, that came off the container, about 1cm long and 0,5cm across, in my ice cream scoop. Could have been in my 5 year old child's scoop of ice cream that we ordered and he could have easily choked on it. Slightly less likely for me, but still a risk. Showed the waiter, who went to show the kitchen staff, didn't get anything back other than a shrug of the shoulders and really forced "Sorry". That's not how you deal with such a situation. Really poor service.
Besides that the room felt a bit outdated , more so than the pictures make it seem. Most staff was great, some didn't seem to know too much about their own facilities though when asked for details.

This hotel is brilliantly located. It is right next to the vast tulip fields and there are rental bikes available to go around. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, although our bathroom sun was clogged. Plenty of facilities available too - from spa and parking to gift shop. I just wish breakfast were included in the room price. Would definitely stay there again this time of year (March - May).
The check it was terribly, terribly slow. I really don't understand why it took a good 15 minutes to register our details - ID number, room preference etc. Otherwise, very friendly and helpful staff.

It was close to desired destination, staff was very friendly
It is a shame there is no airconditioning in the hotel. Absolutely needed, in the summer. Lifts are outdated.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is a little old and the rooms could do with improvement but all was ok. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food.
There is lots of parking space which is free so that is great for The Netherlands - mostly you have to pay and it can be very expensive.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel - especially to people with dogs.
We had booked a triple room as our son is no longer a child. We were given a double room with a camp bed for our son. This was very disappointing. Whilst it was ok for one night it was not ideal.
The air-conditioning in our room did not work very well. And as the weather was hot it was a bit too warm with three people in the room.
I think the price of the rental bicycles was expensive - it would be better to bring your own.

Excellent staff at reception; professional, friendly; Rooms comfortable with lovely view of the bollenvelden. Restaurants spacious, superb breakfast buffet Quiet surroundings.

Location was nice, bike rental available. Staff was really nice and accommodating.
The upgrade to a deluxe room was not worth it, breakfast was really expensive and no fresh orange juice

The swimming pool is very clean and modern.
The room was looking terribly worn out and I found it not great quality for the price. If the breakfast had been included then I would have found it more reasonable.

The hotel was very modern and we enjoyed our stay very much. I was also pleasantly surprised to see a swimming pool. The view from the hotel was also great, we could see the lovely tulip fields nearby. The hotel also isn't that far from the beach.
The opening times for the pool was a bit late and the rooms were a bit expensive, but overall, loved it!

Breakfast
the Room was with very bad odor during my first night. Second night, the smell was gone. Second point, Wi-Fi in the room did not work as expected.

Bikes are available directly at the hotel, to book via app so that you can go to the city and the seaside by bike, leaving the car parked.
The structure is clean and with quite a few amenities and late checkout was allowed (with additional payment).
Some amenities (swimming pool, restaurant kitchen) close at 22, would be nice if they stayed open longer.
There was quite a bit of queueing to check-in, and the reception seems to be often very busy so that it takes time to receive assistance.

The location is excellent and the facilities as well.
Some common areas where a bit dirty (wc)

Tulip gardens in the vicinity.
The walking route to the hotel from bus stand is actually a short walk. Hope this finds a mention somewhere and some sign indicating this route will be of immense help to first time guests. The GPS indicates a long route.

The room and hotel facilities are super basic... the price was too high for such a basic hotel... I am sure many people chose this hotel since quality of hotels are in general low.. every one is getting disappointed...

Very friendly staff with a good sense of humour :) The room was great in size with big windows and a view towards the blooming tulip fields. The spa cener was more than great - big swimming pool suitable for real swimming, Finish and infrared saunas and the biggest steam bath I've been. There was also a bicycle hiring station just in front of the hotel where one could hire normal and e-bikes from an app. Super comfortable to just take and return the bike when you wish 24/7 and go up into your room (the app worked without any issues). All in all, great place to stay!
To use the spa centre, a reservation through an app was needed in advance, which was a bit uncomfortable to plan from the previous day at what time you want a slot, for how many people, etc. But with such a big hotel I can understand that is needed to avoid overcrowding.

Bad location, too remote
No shopping or restaurants close by

Location is nice
Room air conditioner and fridge not function properly. Thus, bike rental systems not working, we have to run around reception and bike place few times to finish rental step

very modern rooms, good attention to cleanliness, wide range of breakfast options, pleasant and helpful staff, good central location, good parking and e-charging facilities.
no pancakes for some time at breakfast for some time but they were eventually replenished.
7.0 / 10.0
Large and clean, the receptionists were friendly and competent.
exhibited interest in our trip and even made some suggestions for cool locations and activities!
The bathrooms and showers were nearly as large as the rooms, which were large and roomy. Beds were comfortable and big.
We mainly chose this hotel because they allow dogs (for 25 euros a day). So it's not exactly cheap, but this is something we agreed to. We sent an email to double check that dogs were allowed everywhere, and we got a written response confirming that dogs are welcome.
The problem is that when we arrived, we were told that dogs were not allowed in the rooms alone, not in the restaurants, and not anywhere else.
When we showed the email stating otherwise! They did not change their position.
So we could not eat breakfast in the restaurant together; we had to take shifts!
We were not allowed to leave the dog in the room alone. And he was not allowed in the restaurant!
It was very disappointing.
So finally we skipped breakfast alltogether, which is overpriced anyway at euros 20 a person a day.
It's a shame they were not honest about their animal policy from the begining , because that spoiled a lot for us... and we had to re-plan a few things because of that.
Traveling to Holland with a pet, then regardless of what they say, this is not the hotel for you.

location was good
room was small, old and cleaned not so well. my son found a beer cap on the floor. disorganised, lousy breakfast. I asked to warm up a mug of milk for my son (not available at the coffee machine), came back 15mins later and milk was super hot, he could not drink for another 5/6 mins… I paid at the reception with Amex, they did not accept Amex card at breakfast counter…
