Good location, friendly and helpful staff.

There was some noise from the elevator in the room and there was no toaster at the breakfast buffet (bread could be toasted in the oven in the kitchen by staff).

Delightful stay

Conveniently located near to Leiden Centraal. Comfy beds and nicely sized and nicely decorated room. Friendly and helpful reception.

The nearest supermarket was quite a walk away - unless we consider the Albert Hejin to go at the train station.

Just perfect base to explore Leiden and other cities. Hotel had all amenities and a lot of friendly advice.

Overall the stay was average.

It was convenient and a short walk to areas

The bed was hard and my double bed was split into two to make a queen size bed with a separate covers for each section. As you turned so did the sheets. The air con switches off without notice so you are waking because you were sweltering to switch the air con back on. The water pressure of the shower was questionable. Not all staff were helpful. I asked where the wellness centre was and was dismissed because they didn't know. Ended up being a 2min walk away, which I found on google maps. Maybe some training in customer service would be helpful.

Staff at front desk less than personable, very grudgingly gave out any information. The bed pillows are super over stuffed and uncomfortable.

Bed was fine. Spacious room. Near city centre and train station.

Location is great, just a few steps from the station. The room has a boiler for tea and coffee. But the matress is too soft, not good at all for back pain. A couple of extra pillows would be better

a well situated hotel with good services, close to both the train station and to Leiden town

Breakfast had a great variety. The hotel was quiet and staff helpful particularly when it transpired that the trains back to the airport were not running.

My room overlooked the car park at the back but in fairness I had asked for a quiet room. I do like reading in bed and I seem to recollect that a stronger bedside light would have been great. I like a small paper map of the area to get my bearings so I don't have to stare at a phone.

Location near train station allowed for easy travel to different locations in Holland. Room was large with good bathroom facilities with lots of room. Breakfast was very extensive as many Dutch breakfasts are.

It is a fair walk to the center of town, but you can't be near the train station and the center of town at the same time.
