Hotel Winselerhof by Flow

Beautiful restored farm house with extensive outside tables in the courtyard & restaurant. Two restaurants. Winselerhof is surrounded by a vineyard, woods, lakes and walking routes

Delightful old farmhouse which has been beautifully renovated. Room was very comfortable and staff delightful.

Only a small issue - the restaurants were closed on Sunday and only the more expensive one open on a Saturday (we only wanted a light meal) so we had to drive.

The staff were fantastic, both polite and professional and incredibly helpful when I had an issue with the coffee maker. The breakfast was great with a nice variety of choices and the dining was also very good.

The lack of choice on the menu at Luigis meant I had to have the same both nights. Also the room I stopped in for the 2 nights was very dark even during the day.

When I travel with my kids, I am often worry about them not behaving well and annoying the rest of hosts The staff were especially kind and helpful during breakfast which I very much appreciate, and at the end kids didn’t mess it around too much. Rooms were very spacious and quiet.

The staff and facilities were just outstanding. The staff were very attentive but not intrusive. The bed was firm and perfect. The hotel is in a beautiful area. The dinner was sublime.

The breakfast was high quality and just enough choice and variation. The breakfast room at this hotel is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic view of the nature.

Lovely scenery, including the own vineyard. Excellent restaurant, we dined twice. It was excellent. Quality rooms. Friendly personnel.

This former traditional square farm has been beautifully transformed to a luxurious hotel. Everything from the atmosphere, the finishes and the staff was superb.

We visited during an exceptional hot July and the lack of A/C was a drawback.

Great food with a wide variety for dietary requirements and very friendly service. The setting in the vineyard was stunning. The rooms were spacious and the bedding very comfortable

the location is beautiful. the restaurant is amazing (dinner is must have!) breakfast is lovely and has everything you need. i have to give the credit to lovely personnel that would make everything to make you feel well and comfortable. i felt like I was in Tuscany 😍

1. the carpet in the room looked a bit dirty or maybe it was too old 😉 (the idea is to clean deeply with water and soap - there a special machines for that, not just vacuum). 2. Also I found hair tuft on the bathroom floor (but I am sure it was just a miss as the rest of the bathroom looked clean)

-We liked the garden to sit and relax and have a drink. (Keep in mind that when it’s not summer weather, and you’d have to stay inside, there’s not a really nice place where you can sit and relax. The bar is dated and definitely not the place where we would like to sit) But with warm weather the courtyard is really nice. -We only liked the younger staff members. They were kind, not as ‘stiff’, and they seemed to understand the meaning of ‘service’.

-We booked two suites and one Premium room. The interior of the rooms and bathrooms are dated, they really need a brush-up. -Paper coffee cups in a hotel like this, really?! -Staff: all the young people who are working at the Winselerhof are friendly and service oriented. But we had some experiences with other staff members that weren’t so great. One example: when we checked out, my husband and I asked the senior waiter if we could have a lunch in the garden. (We saw some tables, and possibilities to sit). The day before we’d had an extensive lunch there with 5 people, and he’d been our waiter too. The waiter hardly looked at us and, while walking, answered: “No. We’re fully booked.” Very unfriendly. And not professional.

Room exactly as advertised, restaurant is excellent with exceptional value for money. Breakfast was also great! Definitely recommended!
