1. Very good location. It's not far from the center and all famous touristic places. Moreover, underground station is very close to apartments so there were no problems to reach any destinations.
2. The owner seemed very nice when communicating via messenger, give explanations regarding how to get the place, even offered a transfer from the airport.
3. Good air-conditioning that saves from heat outside.
4. Availability of kitchen utensils in case of cooking at home.
1. Cleanliness. As soon as we arrived at the apartments, the 1st thing I did was taking a brush to sweep the floor. The floor was dirty and it was clear that before our arrival no one had done wet cleaning of rooms.
2. Presence of ants in the parterre and kitchen. There were so many of them that in a day of walking on the floor, you will push them so much that you should take the brush and sweep the floor again.
