About this apartment rental
Welcome to our 6th floor unit at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. You will truly love your stay here! Not only does our property have all the essentials of home, but you will love the views of the Gulf of Mexico waters from your lanai. As you enter our updated property, you are welcomed by a great room layout, kitchen with most small appliances, dining table for four, comfy family room area including sofa (converts to sleeper sofa if needed), and flat screen TV. The bedroom area has a king size bed. The beautifully updated bathroom boasts a tiled walk-in shower, new vanity, make-up mirror and a large closet.
Our property includes Free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer use in the lobby (quarters), linens, towels and beach chairs. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
** Currently a Beach Renourishment Project is under way that affects the beach in front of the Towers, please be aware that this project may be ongoing for the next several weeks. Please inquire for the most up to date details **
* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! During the high season (December through April), our property is rented from Saturday to Saturday. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.
This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

The condo was nice and actually, the construction was minimal and didn’t bother us. We went to Fort Myers pre Hurricane Ian so, it was hard seeing some of the old mom and pop places still closed from the storm. You could tell the condo had been redone, but the work had definitely been rushed. Great furniture, but could I didn’t feel like it was really clean. Especially the bathroom! I was disappointed in the lack of maintenance for the beach. The seaweed was bad, which happens, but up until our last day, there was no attempt to minimize the seaweed on the beach so people could enjoy it. Nice place, especially for the price.
