This is a magical setting where lasting memories will be made for family or a gathering of up to 10 friends. Exposure to cooling southeast breezes creates a space that is ideal for enjoying the South Florida tropical climate. Views of sunrises and boats plying the waterway are unforgettably beautiful. This stunner is located in a quiet Delray Beach neighborhood that's just a stone's throw from trendy Atlantic Avenue – the house includes four performance beach cruisers you can use to explore the art galleries, upscale shops, and fine dining and entertainment in the town that Rand McNally and USA TODAY named “America's Most Fun Small Town!” House Rules: 1) As the responsible party and primary occupant of this rental, you must be 25 years or older. 2) Once you have reserved this property online, we require the following: a) The responsible party will sign a rental agreement, which includes filling out a list with names and age s of all occupants (this will be emailed to you). b) The person responsible for the credit card payment will be required to email us a photo of their driver license or passport. 3) No special events or parties are allowed without prior consent from iRenta 4) No pets are allowed without prior consent from iRenta 5) Quiet hours in Delray Beach are from 11pm to 7am. No impactful noise can occur during this time.

We’ve stayed in this house for the past two years and loved it. Great outdoor space to hangout all day long. The breeze off the inter coastal keeps it cool even in the summer months. We’ll be back!

Great property in an amazing location. Never need to leave, but if you do it’s close to shops and Delray Main Street. Big rooms, clean and well equipped. We has a small issue with the aircon, but the property manager was always on hand and did everything to sort quickly. Highly recommended

Ill prepared for our arrival. We were without use of the pool for three days and without a kitchen for two days. The kitchen sink is half dislodged from the granite and the property manager was unable to have the pool cleaned until Wednesday (we arrived Sunday). The sinks stopped up and a plumber was called. He said a second visit was required for him to degrease the entire system due to lack of maintenance. We had to purchase our own kitchen towels, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, bars of shower soap, and other basic necessities. The neighbor’s house is abandoned and their pool is a green mosquito breeding ground. Our car was also stolen from the driveway in the middle of the night. I had read other complaints about the carpeting and was told it had been replaced. It had not been replaced and stains on the staircase were covered by a slick bathroom rug. The front door lock is impossible to lock with the key from outside.
