The villa is exceptionally clean with beautiful outdoor showers and pristine pool. The bedrooms were a good size and beds comfortable. We were greeted by Pui who was lovely and explained everything very well. We would recommend having own transport as the villa is a little from way from rawai beach and was good to be able to be self sufficient. Very tranquil area with few tourists which made our stay perfect. We would come back again!
The pillows were not great. Very lumpy and no choices of level of comfort. We were a bit surprised by the deposit for electricity as this was not clear on booking.com. Pui was very upfront with charges explaining most people use 200 units a day at 6 bhat per unit. We did not use air-conditioning and we were very careful with lights, fans etc so kept the cost down. All in all not much to complain about, the property is lovely

A very nice villa, top of the line design and very modern.
Location is not so good if you depend of taxi, rent a motorbike and you are fine.
