About this villa rental
The villa is located in the heart of the Chiberta district, between Ocean Beach (300 meters) and the pine forest. Biarritz or Bayonne are a 10-minute drive away.
You'll enjoy my swimming pool, which is located on my side (a semi-detached villa, not overlooked). The pool is heated from May 1st to October 15th, and swimming is guaranteed regardless of the weather thanks to its removable enclosure and heat pump (unless it breaks down). I respect your privacy and don't swim when you're using it.
You have a separate pedestrian entrance, a separate enclosed garden, and terraces. The spaces are separated by a wooden fence, so you're independent.
You can do almost everything on foot:
- Ocean Beach is a 5-minute walk away, surfboard rentals are available
- The bike path passes in front of the villa, bike rentals are available nearby
- Chiberta Golf Course and its driving range on the lake (18 and 9 holes at the Impératrice)
- Tennis, equestrian center, ice rink, skate park, thalassotherapy center
- Children's playground nearby, surf school in the summer
- Hiking, cycling, and even horseback riding in the Chiberta forest...
- Numerous restaurants, bars, shopping...
- Bus stop in front of the villa.
- Breakfast in the summer overlooking the ocean is available at the Ozeanoa restaurant, just a 5-minute walk down the street.
The south-facing terrace and its plancha grill shelter include a large table, a deckchair, a parasol, and a toy box for your children (ball, Frisbee, rackets, a small body surfboard, etc.).
The east-facing covered terrace includes a small garden furniture set.
Anglet Chiberta is a seaside resort located between Bayonne and Biarritz, renowned for its 4.5 km of beaches, pine forest, bike paths, golf course, and numerous restaurants. The tourist district of Chiberta runs along the beaches of Anglet and is highly sought-after; a car is not essential here.
The villa received the maximum rating of 10/10 for its location from all travelers. It is rated 3 stars, and each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Upon arrival, the beds are made and towels are included.
One free parking space for one car (electric gate).
A second car can be parked inside for an additional €5 per day, payable on site.
There are parking spaces right next to the house, but from May 1st to October 31st, parking is available.
The single-story villa includes:
1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm),
1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm),
1 bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds that can be pushed together
3 bathrooms (3 showers and 1 bathtub)
1 living/dining room
1 separate toilet
1 fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace and garden
TV, fiber optic Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, hairdryer, raclette set, electric griddle, beach umbrella...
For babies, we have a travel cot, a high chair, a bathtub, and a changing mat.
A fan and air cooler are available in case of heatwaves if needed. We accept 1 dog except in the bedrooms (fenced garden).
Please use the electric grill to avoid any risk of fire due to the proximity of the forest and the landscaped garden. It is now forbidden to use a charcoal barbecue.
The villa is non-smoking, parties are prohibited; failure to comply will result in eviction and loss of the deposit.
For everyone's well-organized needs, before leaving:
- Empty the dishwasher and put away the dishes clean as they were when you arrived,
- Dispose of all your trash (kitchen and bathroom) in the containers near the house,
- Empty the refrigerator.
Failure to comply will result in additional charges.
Please treat the villa with the same respect as your home. We have made great efforts to make it a pleasant space for you to enjoy.
The presence of gravel or sand in the house, in the showers, or in the pool, a dirty oven, etc., will result in extra cleaning, therefore less deposit.
Please respect the check-out time, which is no later than 9:00 a.m. unless otherwise agreed upon by me.

I stayed in this home with my spouse, two daughters (6 and 9), and brother in law for about 5 days. Each of the 3 bedroom have their own sink/shower and the sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly. It truly is a 5 minute walk to the local beach where there are a couple of restaurants and options for surf lessons. There’s a bus stop just outside the house gate for the 12 bus, which runs to Biarritz (about 30 minutes), as well as a local grocery shop (7 minutes on the bus). Our kids took surf lessons at Biarritz - there were several businesses who all seemed to run similarly. They loved it. Francois, the owner, was incredibly responsive and welcoming. She provided all of the information we needed for the home as well as the local area (e.g., restaurants). We had full access to the on site pool and the kids had the best time. We used the kitchen daily for cooking easy breakfast and making coffee. The nearby market was just a few stops away on the bus. There is a washing machine (no dryer), but drying racks are provided. My one minor nit was the floors could use a quick sweep/mop, but I imagine that’s a non-stop challenge given the proximity to the beach. The outdoor area was beautiful and very well maintained. Francois’ little dog, Volt, was adorable too. We would gladly stay here again.

Great location, the host was very helpful and gave us plenty of information about the area. Francois was there when we needed her and very welcoming. Beautiful area, beach end of the road and outside a bus stop to take you into the center

La propriétaire est très accueillante et très sympathique
Elle prend beaucoup de son temps pour expliquer tout ce qu’il y a à faire aux alentours
La maison est à 5minutes de la plage ce qui est un grand plus mais en bordure de la route des plages, un peu bruyant pour nous Qui vivons au calme
L’Équipement est un peu vieillissant …nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances au final
$$$$
