About this villa rental
170 m2 on two levels.
In a protected area, this bright villa will encourage you to rest and relax. Located in a quiet, without vis-à-vis, in a cul-de-sac, overlooking the fairway, you will enjoy the open view of the forest beyond the golf course.
The various terraces, around the heated pool (June 16 to September 15, 2018) and secure or in front of the parental suites or at the foot of the landscaped dune away from the house are all places to sunbathe, read a good book, play with the children or dine at night in the heart of nature.
Our holiday home is particularly comfortable. The appliances are new (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer).
The large living room makes it easy for 10 people to dine around a large table or chat in the living room.
On two levels, the 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets are distributed as follows:
on the ground floor there are 2 parental suites opening onto outside terraces; they each have their bathroom (double sink and shower or double sink and bath) and towel radiators.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: the first (30m2) has 4 beds of 90cm; the second, facing south, overlooking the golf course and the forest and has 2 beds of 90cm combinable for a large bed of 180cm. A bathroom with shower, sink and towel dryer.
For very young children you will find a high chair, a real wooden cot and a collapsible baby cot umbrella.
This villa is the ideal spot for holidays with family or friends.

A deposit (not cashed) of 2000 euros is requested on arrival. This deposit will be returned between 2 and 3 weeks after departure.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist zwischen einem Golfplatz und etwas hügelig. Man kann den See trotzdem in 15 min zu Fuß erreichen ohne den Autoweg zu nehmen. Leider gibt es keinen Supermarkt/Boulangerie in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Superbe maison, bien équipée, une piscine splendide et une magnifique vue sur la nature et le golf de Biscarrosse.
Séjour très agréable, quelques bémols :
- Des frais de ménage de 200 euros, obligatoires, à payer en début de séjour
A ce prix exorbitant on s’attend à une maison dans un état de propreté irréprochable ce qui est loin d’être le cas… c’est fort dommage car ça laisse finalement un goût amer.
Je conseille aux propriétaires de recadrer leur prestataire de service concernant le ménage, et de revoir leur tarif à la baisse
- la retenue du chèque de caution de 2000€ pdt 5 jours après un état des lieux de sortie nickel.
- Vétusté de plusieurs éléments de mobilier qui ne sont donc pas pas en adéquation avec le standing et le prix de la maison
Bref ces 3 bémols ternissent forcément un peu le séjour..

Mis à part quelques petits problèmes logistique (Pas de télé à l'arrivée, et une douche qui avait des problèmes d'étanchéité... l'eau s'écoulait à l'étage inféreur nous n'avons donc eu que 2 salles d'eau pour 7 personnes... pendant la moitié du séjour et aucun geste commercial ne nous a été proposé. A part cela tout s'est bien passé. Beau quartier, la maison est calme et la piscine très agréable.
