Charming air-conditioned villa of 105 m2 not overlooked for 4 people consisting of:
- two bedrooms (the lower bedroom also has a kitchenette)

The villa is located in one of the most residential areas of Sainte Maxime, composed exclusively of villas.
The sandy beach is about 300m away and the sea 150m.
THE WHOLE VILLA, THE SWIMMING POOL AND THE LAND ARE AT YOUR DISPOSAL EXCLUSIVELY (not shared) DURING YOUR STAY.
The upper floor of 75 m2 includes:
- a bedroom (AIR CONDITIONED in 2018) with a 160 cm double bed
and a bathroom with toilet,
- a living room (air-conditioned in 2018) with a double sofa bed for children under 10 years old (NOT FOR ADULTS) and a shower room with WC,
- a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine and dishwasher), a large terrace facing south,
Lower floor of 30 m2 includes a large room (air-conditioned in 2018) with two single beds of 90 cm, a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet

All the water activities are nearby (we can book optimist or catamaran courses for your children).
In addition to the beach activities that you can enjoy at the Plage de la Garonnette, you can also rent a jet ski, go parasailing, catamaran sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing (...) or simply have lunch by the water
You can also enjoy the beach at the Nartelle beach, the largest beach in Sainte-Maxime, some 2 km away
Saint Tropez and surroundings: Saint Tropez is the most visited tourist destination. The ideal way to get there is by boat from Sainte-Maxime or Les Issambres. The boat trip around the peninsula of Saint Tropez is also very pleasant.
The villages of Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle are typical. From their heights, you have a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding area.
The Chartreuse de la Verne is to be discovered in a magnificent site
Luna Park and Aqualand will satisfy the amateurs of evening leisures and of sliding in water

Other must-see sites: the Cistercian abbey of Thoronet, the Sainte Roseline Chapel in Les Arcs, Lorgues and its church

The property, location and hosts were all great. Really nice property with everything you needed. Our daughter loved the pool and being so close to the beach was a real bonus to. There are a couple of sandy beaches close by and the small supermarket was a short walk away. The property is only 6km for St Maxime, which is lovely and from there it's also not far from Port Grimaud and St Tropez. The weather for the end of October was pleasant (22 degrees). Pierre Oliver and Iwona plus their children were lovely, they were discreet but on hand if you needed anything. It was a lovely stay and a place we'd recommend and go back to. A big thank you to our hosts.

We are a family of four. My wife and I and our two boys 11 and 14 at the time of stay. Before reviewing the villa I would like to firstly outline what fantastic hosts Pierre-Oliver and Iwona are. Great communication before arrival, arranged extra shade for the ginger family and were incredibly welcoming upon arrival. During our stay they not only provided advice on restaurants but also helped us organise a doctor for ear infections.. genuinely lovely people.
The house itself is orgainsed into two apartments. Our kids loved having their own space and not just on a bedroom next to us. The living room and bedrooms are very spacious with an adequately sized kitchen. The lower apartment also has a kitchenette and living area.The sun terrace overlooking the pool is a beautiful place to eat, play cards, sit and chat relax. There is extensive gardens, parking for multiple cars and a pool. Whilst not being the biggest pool we have used, its more than adequate for a family of four.
The location from the beach is fantastic. A five minute walk even carrying a paddle board. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, some very pricey but also some more reasonable. You can also walk to the harbor and jump on a boat to St Tropez which was amazing.
I would recommend a car if but you can walk to the supermarket in 5 mins. Its a short drive to the centre of Sainte-Maxime, Port Grimaud and even St Tropez if you dont mind a small traffic jam. Amazing holiday 5 stars!!

Les plus : piscine sympa, climatisation efficace, parking sécurisé, tranquillité.
Les moins : équipements intérieurs vieillots : à rafraîchir, très humide dans l’appartement du bas, trop éloigné de la première « vraie » boulangerie et de Ste Maxime : voiture obligatoire.
