Property is located away from touristy area. Perfect for those who to spend quality times in calm natural environment.

We got a very good room downstairs, nicely furnished. Outside there was a table and sofa where we used to have breakfast and a small pleasant garden. There was also a roof with a nice view at the fields. I could borrow a yoga mat to do yoga there. The accommodation was a short walk from jain temples and one of south group temples.
It was far from all the eateries and the Western group (20min walk). The guy at the reception was rather weird, constantly looking inside our room, never smiling. He tried many times to sell overpriced extra services. The hot water didn't work on the first night. The bathroom didn't look clean when we entered so the guy cleaned it again on our request.

The rooms were good and really clean and well maintained. The price of the room was very very low compared to the quality of the room.
The property owner was trying to up sell us transportation from station to hotel and was haggling for it. Would recommend the manager to raise the price rather than up selling to makeover the price.
