- 9 beds spread over three bedrooms and two floors + a sofa bed (Bedroom 1: a double bed. Bedroom 2: a double bed. Bedroom 3: a double bed and a day bed with up to two beds. A sofa bed that can be expanded. )
- oven, stove, micro, washing machine, fridge, freezer
- bathroom with shower
- wood-burning stove
- TV with Apple TV (among others. Netflix) + PS3 and games
- board games
- broadband (wireless, fiber)
- large garden, with sun from early morning, with generous surfaces and furniture
- patio with sun from lunch to sunset, outdoor furniture. View over the nature reserve.
