Disgustingly dirty, cold and completely outdated

The idea is good, indoor/outdoor playground, pool, beach but… it was so dirty, we wanted to go right back home

Too dirty. Absolutely unacceptable. The tables were black, the couch COMPLETELY stained. No joke. So dirty, we were sick. The pool - DIRTY and cold. The place needs upgrade asap. The indoor playground so old, dirty and warn out, never seen any playground in such condition. We were so sad. The heat was turned off so we were frozen, we did turn it on but the walls were so cold, it couldn’t warm up for days. We had to wear jackets inside. Crazy. Money completely wasted. We would never come again, not even for free.

nice location, walls too thin, poor quality buildings

1. location: a bit far by foot from the beach but green and nice, we really liked it 2. playgrounds

1. couch was so hard we could barley seep 2. one has to book time slot for indoor pool.queue starts 20min before opening so by the time you get there everything is already booked out. its 30 people for an hour so slots go fast. it is also super small. 3. walls are so thin one can hear everything what neighbors do

Es gab nicht Mal eine einfache Garderobe um seine Jacken schön aufzuhängen. Bisschen hellhörig die Appartements.

Tragiczny stan obiektu

Fajny przestronny apartament, niestety brudny.

Wszelaki brud na lampach w szafkach o podłodze nie wspomnę (umyłam jedną, żeby pokazać, jak powinna wyglądać podłoga), ekspres z pleśnią, zepsute klamki, zepsuta futryna drzwi, trzeszczący wentylator, zimno strasznie, brak kocy. Po zgłoszeniu 24.12 pan, którego poinformowałam o zimnie, odpowiedział, że to wina spółdzielni, ale ja wynajmowałam od niego, a nie od spółdzielni. Od sierpnia zamówiony pobyt na 10 osób od 23.12–28.12, musiałam sama ubierać pościel, którą najpierw musiałam zlokalizować w apartamencie, bo była pochowana w szafkach w dwóch innych pokojach, to samo ręczniki. Najgorsze było to, jak wyciągnęłam pustą butelkę z szafki i wypadł papierek – tak mi się wydawało, okazało się, że to żyletka, którą przecięłam sobie palec wraz z paznokciem. Brak talerzy, tzn. 6 szt. na 10 osób. Nieporozumienie, jestem rozczarowana, bo na zdjęciach obiekt wyglądał naprawdę ładnie, porażka, wstyd mi przed innymi uczestnikami, bo to ja organizowałam wyjazd. Dodam , że wszystkie zdjęcia i filmiki wysłałam 24.12 do właściciela uzyskałam Brak reakcji.

Basen w osobnym budynku bez bezpośredniego dojścia, ale to oczywiście nie wina wynajmującego, tego nie doczytaliśmy.

Tolle Unterkunft für größere Gruppen

Sehr gut ausgestattet genügend Platz für 12 Personen mit großer Essecke und Wohnzimmer. Indoor und Outdoor Pool sehr schön. Großer Spielplatz

WLAN war leider nicht wirklich gut und sollte ausgebaut werden. Es gab keine Angaben darüber das ein Babybett oder Hochstuhl zur Ausstattung gehört. Ist aber vorhanden, dadurch hatten wir unnötig Gepäck dabei.

Unperfekt aber Begeistert!

Wir waren überwältigt von der Größe der Wohnung! Es waren zahlreiche Fenster vorhanden, dadurch war es schön hell. Von der großen Dachterrasse konnte man sogar das Meer sehen. ca. 10-15Min Fußweg zum Strand perfekt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wunderbar, jedes Zimmer hatte einen Fernseher, 3 von 4 ein direktes eigenes Badezimmer. An Küchenutensielien hat es uns nicht gefehlt, viele Töpfe und passende Deckel in verschiedenen Größen, Pfannen, Messbecher, unzählige Teller, Gläser und Tassen. Eierschneider, Pfannenwender, Schneebesen, Nudelsieb etc. Alles was man eben so braucht war auch da. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert von den Spielplätzen und den Bademöglichkeiten, die die Anlage bietet. Leider haben wir den Grillplatz erst am letzten Abend entdeckt, sonst hätten wir Diesen mit Sicherheit ebenfalls genutzt.

Leider waren wir mit der Sauberkeit des Backofens überhaupt nicht zufrieden! Das Rost konnte man nicht anfassen, ohne klebrige, schmierige Finger zu haben. Die Matratze im ersten Zimmer rechts war rechtsseitig leider so sehr durchgelegen, dass mein Mann nicht komfortabel schlafen konnte. Auch ein Toilettenpapierhalter fehlte uns im gemeinschaftlichem Badezimmer der Wohnung. Schade war auch, dass die Balkonmöbel durch die Sonneneinstrahlung bereits sehr beansprucht und kaputt waren, sodass wir nicht gemeinschaftlich auf der Terasse sitzen konnten, um nicht noch mehr zu beschädigen, Diese sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden.

Es war trotz der kleinen Fehler, die wir intern regeln konnten ein richtig guter Aufenthalt.

Schlüssel und Zugangskarten für die Extrabereiche wie Schwimmbad und Sauna lagen zur Abholung bereit.

Das Apartment für 12 Personen hatte zu wenig Sitzplätze am gemeinsamem Esstisch. Besteck und Geschirr war nur für 11 Personen vorhanden. Betten waren zwar für 12 da, aber beim Bettzeug hat eine Decke gefehlt.
