Modern and bright 1st-floor apartment with an elevator in a beautiful private complex with spacious gardens and an adult and children\'s pool, ideal for enjoying your vacation. The apartment belongs to the attractive and well-maintained urbanization MIRADOR AL MAR, known for its cozy and family-friendly atmosphere.
The residential complex is completely fenced around the perimeter with direct pedestrian access to Punta Estanyo Beach at Les Marines Beach KM 7.
You enter the apartment through the entrance hall, leading to the living-dining room with new and modern furniture. It features a SMART TV, WIFI, and air conditioning, with access to a pleasant terrace where you can watch the children in the garden and the pool while enjoying a spectacular sea view. The well-equipped separate kitchen has a gallery (laundry room).
A corridor leads to the two bedrooms. One is a suite with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, air conditioning, a bathroom with a bathtub, and direct access to the terrace with sea and residential views. The other bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, and direct access to the terrace.
There is private parking in the basement with an elevator that provides access to the property.
Within a short walk from the residential area, you will find restaurants like Hotel Noguera and Restaurante Estanyo. Punta Molins Beach is a fine sandy beach that is not crowded, well-maintained, and has a very family-friendly atmosphere. There are many services and activities for adults and children nearby, including water sports, boat rentals, and diving. There are areas dedicated to Kite Surf enthusiasts.
Denia is located four hours by car from Madrid and one hour from Valencia and Alicante, right on the Mediterranean coast. The nearest airports are Alicante and Valencia, both about one hour away via the AP7 highway. From the AP7, take Exit 62 for Ondara/Denia/Javea in the direction of Denia. From Denia, take the Las Marinas road to Km 3.5.
Activities and Attractions:
The sun and the sea naturally offer countless leisure and activity possibilities, from doing nothing to golf, swimming, sailing, boat trips, horseback riding, hiking, going out for drinks, visiting photography and painting exhibitions, listening to live music, savoring excellent and varied cuisine, cycling, renting jet skis, relaxing, pampering yourself, reading while listening to the waves, watching the sunrise in Denia, buying freshly caught fish at the fish market, and watching your loved ones swim in the pool from the terrace.
