I enjoyed the room, presidential suit. Room number 5, the room is beautiful, bed very much comfortable & very spacious except the toilet hardly had water, the water was just warm and that's so dissapointing especially because its winter currently in South Africa. I had a bath in the evening after checking in, water was lukewarm to cold, same as the following day.
Breakfast was very dissapointing, we paid for breakfast but we were told if you eat an omelette you cannot eat other things, mind you its a buffet breakfast, warmers were hardly refilled, eating was a mission and very much uncomfortable and dissapointing for that matter.
They had new staff in the kitchen , they didn't know much about their work, Customer service 0/10, no smiles, no warm welcome, they had no idea why warmers were not refilled.
It was just disappointing 😞
I wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

This was my second time staying at the Pietersburg Club, which says a lot in itself. First time was around 2021, and I'm glad to see that they appear to have modernised the aircon units, albeit last time around it was in a different room, so I can't say for 100% certain.
I was in town for the weekend, to be within comfortable walking-distance of the Polokwane Stadium to catch the Pirates game.
Awesome, AWESOME breakfast, but the Wi-Fi could be a little bit better, speed-wise since it's Wi-Fi we turn to in place of the ancient CRT TV set.
I almost don't want to share how impressed I am with this place, because the more people know about it the greater the chance of it being fully-booked every time I come into PLK and want a good place to stay.
