Unschlagbare Lage des Objektes zum Wasser. Absolute Ruhe in der Anlage. Sehr gute Ausstattung.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral zur Ostsee sowie zu den Restaurants. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, in der Wohnstube Fußbodenheizung. Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus. Zugang über eine Schranke mit Kartensystem, dass Haus mit Zahlencode. Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen.
Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber war sauber. Schrankenanlage wäre mit Kennzeichenerkennung zeitgemäß.

Gut ausgestattetes kleines Häuschen mit super Lage. Preis / Leistung im gegensatz zu anderen Häusern im Strandpark Gut.
Wenn ich ein Haus für 6 Personen buche, müssten auch 2 Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Das 2. Auto muss vor der Schranke zu Abzockerpreisen parken. (15€ pro Nacht) Falls man zur Saison fährt, kann es sein, das man gar keinen Parkplatz bekommt. Vom Parkplatz zu diesem Häuschen sind es bloß knapp 200m, zu anderen Häusern bis zu 1,5 km!

Matratzen im Rechten oberen Zimmer könnten mal ausgetauscht werden
