The location is great, it's a short drive away from all the hoopla of casino life. Breakfast was enuf and staff at breakfast were so kind! I found it disturbing to see other visitors putting their plastic bottle on the tip of water dispenser, making contact. The staff were very helpful with resolving our concerns but, if it was attended to in the beginning our stay would hv been perfect. Maybe it was a missed opportunity and sometimes attention to detail has to be a learned talent. I am a true believer in retraining and connecting with the staff to develop a relationship that keeps the moral up to produce a perfect business.
We came into our room and there was garbage on the counter. Fork in the sink. BUT worst was a "private hair" and something I don't recognize on face towel. Place was dusty and floor had dirty water spots on the floor. So, I don't feel the room was deep cleaned and comfortable.
