The location can’t be beat. We had a perfect view of the ocean and could watch the whales jumping.
It is a but old and needs maybe some updating but it is clean and comfortable.

Super outdated. We made friends with a few other couples staying in the same building and their units were super nice and remodeled. Ours was good but it has popcorn ceilings, all the vents were rusted and old including the light fixtures (anything metal rusts with the salty mist and needs to be updated eventually) the bathroom cabinets were dirty like they have not been wiped down in a while and the shower door apparently is no more and they just cut a curtain in half and slapped it there. The place has a fantastic view and is well located but that’s about it. Kitchen is newer but yeah it could use a remodel ASAP.

location was great easy access to the beach and within walking distance to most places to eat.
property needs more TLC. when you walk in you are greeted with a rusty door frame, dirty and rusty door and bathroom vents and baked dust and rusty fuse box. Hard to miss.
