A charming, comfortable, peaceful, and modern vacation home. Beautiful view of the center of Cassettes, ten minutes from Puy-Saint-Vincent.
Patio and bay window overlooking roughly the center of the Cassinet basin. All-around views. A 1,000-square-meter garden with outdoor furniture available.
A 5-minute drive from the village of Vallouise (1 kilometer); amenities within walking distance (400 m).
Located at the entrance to the Ecrins National Park for mountain and high-altitude hiking; you can also go mountain biking, via ferrata, rafting, canoeing....
The chalet is located in a neighborhood with a playground and a tennis court.
In winter, you can go downhill skiing at the Puy-Saint-Vincent and Pelvoux resorts (family-friendly resorts).
Ski touring, cross-country skiing, or long-track speed skating.
Minimum rental period: one week.
Pets are not allowed.

Un accueil sympathique et chaleureux.
Chalet spacieux, agréable et confortable, à la décoration soignée.
Superbe vue sur la vallée, le massif des Bans et le Pelvoux.
Nous recommandons cette location.
(attention aux lits doubles qui sont en fait 2 lits simples accolés: prévoir de grands draps-housses)

Grand chalet spacieux et au calme. Location proche des commerces. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité ( entre 10 mn et 15 mn a pied) du départ de la navette pour la station du Puy Saint Vincent .
