großes Zimmer, schöner Balkon, sehr günstig (deswegen insg gute Bewertung), unkompliziert
kein eigenes Bad, m.M. nach nicht klar kommuniziert, Eingangsbereich und Hof sollten freundlicher gestaltet werden, mehr Infos wären allgemein hilfreich.

1. owner did not write any information about the check-in and keys, and did not respond to messages and calls at all (!!!)

Simple Check- In- Abwicklung(Zettel mit Zimmernummer, Schlüssel steckt) , Perfekts Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, gute Lage, einfach aber sauber und gemütlich, toller Blick vom Balkon
Keinerlei Geschirr macht eine abendliche Brotzeit auf dem Balkon herausfordernd schwierig. Tedi ist in Bodenmais :-)

Günstig und für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise war es okay
Der Teppich im Zimmer hatte schon bessere Zeiten. Ich war auch unsicher, ob ich mitten in der Nacht wirklich rein komme. Da wünsche ich mir etwas mehr Kommunikation im Vorfeld.
