Although we arrived late due to a delayed flight at Istanbul, Iram was very helpful and accommodating, especially as we asked for a room change for a better air conditioner. The rest of our stay was fabulous, the direct access to the beach is the highlight and watching sunrise everyday unforgettable. The whole property is very well designed and caters to perfect family holidays.
The ayran fountain stopped working on our second day, and no other alternative was offered within all inclusive prices. This was slightly disappointing.

The staff are overall very good, and some of them truly work miracles with the limited resources they have. The two chefs at the barbecue and pide (Turkish flatbread) oven were especially impressive this year.

Location is great. Akyarlar is one of the clearest beaches in Turkey. Rooms were spacious. Serving staff was very friendly and polite. Good for families.
Food was very basic. They are after quantity and not quality. This hotel does not have a good value for money. Front end staff was very inexperienced. In general, management of the hotel needs a shift.
