We had a wonderful week staying in Maillane. The house is lovely and spacious, the pool is very large and private and the garden is huge! It is within easy walking distance to the little village which has 4 restaurants and a bakery. The location is perfect for visiting the surrounding towns and historical sites. I would highly recommend and would love to return!

It is a very enjoyable house, with good distribution, large spaces, furniture and garden to relax. The kitchen is wonderful and much appreciated for those of us who like to cook. The pool is very spacious and well maintained. A walk to the village of Maillane to buy the bread or croissant in the morning was wonderful. All day you can listen to the beautiful songs of the birds and in the evenings, when sitting on the terrace you can observe the rise of the moon in a spectacular way. Also the rabbits jumping around in the garden, are wonderful In short, it is a house that lets you relax and enjoy with family or friends. We would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Great House in Provence

We had a great one week stay at Laure's house and everyone enjoyed it very much. We were two families with children aged 8 to 15 and everyone was settled comfortably and had stuff to do. The house was big, the pool was great and the location was awesome and close to Avignon, St. Remy de Provence and other great towns with nice restaurants. The Intermarche supermarket in St. Remy (5 min drive) has everything one might need and more. There was impressive selection of bikes and DVD movies in the house. The kitchen was really very well equipped (understatement). Overall, five star property and the host. Thank you, Laure. We hope to come back one day.

This wonderful, warm and beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. The toddler loved the huge grassy area for soccer and games, the teens loved the pool, the ability to walk into town on their own and the bath. The 20 something lounged in the huge living room reading books or out on the patio. The adults enjoyed the quiet downstairs bedroom for morning coffee and a view of the toddler playing on her own. That is a vacation. The kitchen is amazing, we cooked every day. Our host liason spent time helping us plan our adventures and gave us great ideas all while tolerating my very bad French. We traveled Europe for a month and out of all the rental homes, this was our favorite by far. Great location for exploring the entire area and a bonus to be able to walk to Mallaine. Laure is a great communicator, patient and beyond helpful. Crossing my fingers, we'll be back!

Cette maison est parfaitement adaptée à 2 familles, 8 personnes. Un grand jardin, une grande piscine, un mas de caractère, très bien équipé, et meublé/décoré avec beaucoup de goût. C est une maison qui vit, qui a du charme. Tout est généreux : l espace, le matériel à disposition, etc... Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le gestionnaire, qui s est rendu parfaitement disponible, et s'est assuré que tout se déroulait bien pendant le séjour. C est un sans faute sur toute la ligne, nous sommes ravis et nous reviendrons !! Merci, c était un plaisir !

Déjà la deuxième fois, nous (2 adultes, 2 enfants) avons passé des très bonnes vacances dans cette splendide endroit. La maison est très grande, accueillante et ensoleillé. On y trouve tous qu’il faut, une grande cuisine bien équipé, une salle de séjour et beaucoup des jolies chambres, même une pour les enfants avec plein des livres et des jouets. Les salles de bain, les toilettes, tout est bien entretenue et propre. Nous nous sommes sentir vraiment comme chez nous. La maison a une belle terrasse ou nous avons régulièrement mangés, déjà le matin, et elle est entourée par un grand jardin avec beaucoup de la place pour jouer de foot ou de badminton par ex. ou juste pour se reposer sur les chaises longues. Tout le matériel pour faire ça est déjà sur place, il faut juste en profiter ;-). Le contact avec les propriétaires est toujours très gentil et correct. Le concierge est super serviable et il fait tous pour aider, ou cas où il y a un problème. La maison est située au bord d’une petite ville, suivie par la nature. Dans quelques minutes à pied on trouve tous qu’il faut : un supermarché, une très bonne boulangerie, la poste, des restaurants et même un office de tourisme. Tous les jours on peut découvert la région, la Provence, le Roussillon, le Languedoc, le Luberon – nous sommes sure d’y revenir pour une troisième fois :-)).

La maison a beaucoup de charme. Elle est grande avec un grand jardin et une belle piscine. Très confortable. L'accueil est chaleureux et professionnel. Village sympathique et authentique. Maillane est parfaitement situé, juste à côté de St-Rémy de Provence et des Alpilles, d'Arles et d'Avignon. Un coup de cœur !

Beautiful, relaxing stay

This was our second stay in the house, and so we were looking forward to our return. The countryside location is beautiful and serene, but still close to stores and interesting tourist attractions. The grounds are beautifully kept, with plenty of room to sunbathe or enjoy a game of petanque. The children had plenty of space to play, both indoors and out. We enjoyed cooking family meals in the well appointed kitchen, and enjoying the sunset on the deck with a glass of wine. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and luxurious. This is a wonderful place to holiday, would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway in the south. Our only disappointment was that the weather was not yet warm enough to allow us to enjoy the swimming pool.

très belle maison, spacieuse, bien équipée et bien entretenue nous avons apprécié sa situation au calme mais à proximité (10min de marche) du centre du village avec boulangerie épicerie etc. et proche des majeures attractions touristiques de la région idéal pour un séjour avec des petits enfants grâce aux nombreux jouets, livres ... la piscine (avec clôture) et surtout grâce au grand terrain qui leur permet de courir, de jouer au foot ... et à leurs parents de se reposer :-) le contact avec les propriétaires et le déroulement des "démarches administratives" étaient excellents; sur place le contact avec M. Barroyer et sa "prise en charge" étaitent excellents et très chaleureux nous espérons pouvoir y retourner l'année prochaine!
